The pillow is a little harder than what I’m use too, but it definitely helps with neck support and it is also great for cpap users.

I have waited to write a review until I used it for two months. I am pleased with it. With my regular pillow I was having neck pain which was getting worse so I thought I’d try this pillow and my pain is almost completely gone (can we ever say totally gone?). The other improvement I have seen is my apnea events have decreased. I was doing well on my ResMed CPAP at consistent events between 6-12/hour, better than north of 35 without! With this pillow they have been as low as 0.8! Most often between 2-3 events now! Getting used to memory foam takes time and figuring out which height works best took 2-3 weeks but worth it. Not sure why they say not to put a regular pillowcase on it but I do as my sheet set is so comfortable.

La recomiendo ampliamente. Muy buena compra!!! Felizmente mi esposo duerme y amanece descansado y contento

Expensive but provides a great nights sleep

This is an excellent pillow for CPAP users. Not only is it well made and comfortable, but it has reduced my number of events per hour to under 1. The cut outs are perfectly placed to relieve pressure from the mask.
I sleep through the night very comfortably. Even though it’s costly, it’s well worth the money.

This pillow helps with cpap tube position and reduces my hourly apneas. There are 4 different heights to personalize and it is recommended if you use cpap device.

10 months ago I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and started using a CPAP machine. It’s has been wonderful, but dealing with the tubing and trying to keep the mask in place while sleeping with my foam pillow wasn’t working so well. I just got this pillow and what a difference it’s made and is so comfortable to sleep on. I’m not have the air leaks like I did nor and I fighting with the tubing. I also like that you can adjust the pillow to fit you as it’s not a “one size fits all”. Highly recommended.

(TLDR: give it time you will love it) At first it felt hard and awkward. I felt like it was going to give me neck issues. Despite my immediate discomfort I decided to try. I have broad shoulders and sleep on my side making the high side seem a bit too low. I put a thin pillow underneath which raised the height and gave a bit of a cushioning effect. My mask fits in the cutout nicely (Res Med F20). The support on my neck is quite comfortable and my mask no longer unseals because of hitting the pillow in the middle of the night. I am glad I toughed it out for the first few nights because now I can’t imagine using anything else.

My biggest hesitation is memory foams inherent flaw of heat retention, as in hot flash levels of discomfort. I have had this specific experience many, many years ago trying a memory foam pillow when it was first all a rage.
However this pillow is surprisingly heat stable and this is using the pillow case out of the box and not the cool comfort case.
I have great things to say about comfort. Depression into the pillow at the neck is firm there is allowance for the CPAP hardware to remain fixed and not smeared across my mouth and nose.
The pillow also has depressions to streamline the air hose in a way that it keeps it from bunching up.
Finally, adjusting the height is an added plus and I love that this a high side and a lower side.
Memory foam other inherent issue is its heavy weight but it is unavoidable.
Pillow is a bit expensive but I wholeheartedly encourage any CPAP user to purchase and use this product.

Conceptually, the pillow is great — I really thought it would work for me to lower my AHI numbers with my PAP machine, but instead, it doubled them. I tried for 3 days each every combination of sides of the pillow and pillow height adjustments as well as the pillow cases. I could never get comfortable. As I slept restlessly because I was never comfortable, whenever my head changed positions (in my sleep), the mask would move slightly, causing a small air leak, which contributed to my poor numbers. As an FYI, the pillow, being similar to a memory foam, is fairly stiff and has many ridged to help keep one’s head in a fixed place, but that also means if one tries to move the head or if your head is too large or too small for the built-in indentations in the pillow, the concept won’t work.
The second part of the problem with this pillow was even more disconcerting. Lundberg states, “BUY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE: if for any reason our face pillow doesnt reduce air leaks, mask pressure or doesn’t improve your quality of sleep, contact us for a full refund.” The problem with that is that for this guarantee to work, a way of contacting Lundberg must be provided somehow, somewhere. There is no such link, nor is there one provided in the Amazon Lundberg store. Nor could I Google the company. So there is no way to return the product other than through the Amazon 30-day window.

The cutouts are supposed to help keep the mask from shifting and prevent air leakage. BUT they are in the wrong place. Which is why I gave it a 3. If you use the center cut out for your neck you don’t reach the side cut out for the mask. The pillow is ok a bit softer than I like but it gives more than my buckwheat one. By the way, there is no need to buy the pillowcases (it comes with one or two, and if you buy two, it costs extra). I sleep with a standard-sized silk pillowcase, which fits this pillow just fine. And I put it over their pillowcase. The insert to increase height is nice, but I am fine with the taller side of the pillow (it comes with two heights built on.)

I have a full-face CPAP mask (Resmed F20 Air Touch), and I had been sleeping on another CPAP pillow (IKSTAR Newest Cooling Pillow) for 8 months. My face was terribly marked, and sometimes I found the mask quite painful on my cheek. I even thought I might be damaging facial nerves. So I was hoping this one would be better, and it’s amazing. The edges around the cutout are firm enough to support forehead and side of head, even if I sleep on my stomach. It’s easy to find a position that relieves pressure from the mask and straps while leaving everything secure. I’m already putting in more CPAP hours because I don’t wake up and need to rip the mask off after a couple of hours. Yes, the straps still mark me up, but it’s much less noticeable and dramatic. The only odd thing is that although there are no recorded leaks, my events per hour stat has worsened somewhat. Maybe that’s because it’s easy to turn onto my stomach? If this edge support holds up for a while, I’ll be really happy.
