I love the way this lamp looks and the little remote with it. It has many different settings and looks great on my side table. It has a charging port for electronics as well. The timer feature is one of my favorites.

This is a perfect desk or bedside lamp. It’s not very big so it’s great for small spaces.It has three features that dim the light . Has a remote control , Easy to use. Aesthetically pleasing. Worth the price

This lamp is perfect for my desk. It’s very adjustable for lighting which makes things easier when buying because you can adjust the tone easily to match the room. I am using it as a desk lamp, so the power charging is a cool feature. It’s a pretty cute lamp.

Just set up this sleek light therapy lamp and it’s been an interesting addition to my space. The rectangular design looks pretty modern, fits in nicely with my decor. That 360-degree illumination is impressive, really lights up the whole room. The remote control is super handy, love being able to adjust brightness and color temperature without getting up. Having timer options is great for setting a consistent routine. Now for the slightly shady parts – while it’s bright, the highest setting can be a bit intense if you’re sensitive to light. The remote works well but feels a bit flimsy, might not survive a drop on hard floors. It takes up a fair bit of space, might not be ideal for smaller rooms or desktops. The memory function is nice but sometimes forgets settings if unplugged. If you’re looking for a versatile lamp to brighten up your space and customize your lighting, this could be worth a try. It’s been nice for creating different moods in my room, from energizing cool light to cozy warm glow. Great for dark winter mornings or as a general room light.

Love these little lamps. Perfect table lamp size – just about an inch taller than a sheet of printer paper) it has 3 types of light NW, CW and WW 1st pic WW 2nd pic CW. Has a remote that dims or brightens more than the touch base. Has a timer for 10,30,60 or 90 min. Looks good. Teenager said looked like a hotel lamp. We like it.
The C charging port in the base did not charge an iPhone.
IF YOU BUY TWO this could be a downside for some: We bought two one on each side of living room, my husband turned his light off, mine turned off too! It turned in to a hilarious light war from our recliners because they are on the same frequency. I shut mine off with the base so then one would turn on and the other off with remote. we can always unplug from back if it stops being funny and gets annoying
All in all we like them, plus we get a laugh from the same frequency remotes. Light and laughter who could ask for anything more lol.

I’m not sure what it takes to qualify as a “light therapy lamp”, so won’t review for that specific aspect of the description. The lamp is a good size for a nightstand or if you have limited space on a desk. It does look nice, even with the faux wood plastic base. I’m not sure about the 2%-100% description. My experience is that each color temperature option has 4 levels of brightness, not that it can be dimmed in small increments down to almost no light. My only ding (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is that the light does look like it shimmers (not flickering, but shimmering) once you get to the lower settings. If you aren’t staring at it, you probably won’t notice but if it is in your view it might get annoying……. So far, not an issue on my end.
