Good speakers but the head piece itself kept sliding off the back of my head – I need a hair clip to kept it in place.
It does NOT keep sound out…so if you have a snoring partner this is not your answer.
Paired easily with my phone and music and I’d give it 5 stars for that!
Overall, 4 stars. I bought it for the sound reduction as noted on the web page, but it is useless for that purpose – good for side sleeping and listening to music with some eye coverage.

Fue la mejor opción, tiene todo lo que necesitaba para mejorar mi calidad del sueño. Al dormir despertaba contantemente por la luz que se filtra a mi cuarto por las ventanas, ahora ya no, este artículo bloquea completamente la luz. Antes de dormir me preparo seleccionando un ruido blanco de los que cuenta, mi favorito son los pajaritos pero voy rotando a los demás, o incluso puedo escuchar algún audio libro o ejercicio de relajación en mi celular, incluso sin reproducir algo bloquea gran parte de los ruidos, antes me despertaba mi esposo con sus ronquidos, pero ahora ya no lo escucho. Aparte puedes programar el tiempo que quieres que se esté reproduciendo lo que estás escuchando sin necesidad de despertar y apagarlo. Es cómodo, transpirable, lavable y ajustable. I have used for the last week to listen to meditations and fall asleep to.
As a slide sleeper, this was comfy!
I am used to wearing an eye mask and liked I could adjust it so it wasn’t too tight. There is no pressure on your eyes. Kept the light out well.
I play something from my phone each night and turn it off in the morning – after a week it is still at 50% battery! Amazing!

This product is great! I’m a side sleeper and this mask is comfortable to sleep in. The Velcro on the back helps to adjust it, and it’s not too tight. I love the fact that the earphones can be removed so I can wash the mask, (especially since I tend to sweat during the night). It’s not too tight and it helps relax me. I can pair it with my phone to listen to my pandora music while resting. I love that the timer can be set to 3 different timers to automatically turn off when I finally fall asleep. I love the option of listening to different natural sounds too if I don’t want to fall asleep to music. The awesome thing about this sleep mask is that I can actually hear my alarm on my phone go off through the mask. I was afraid I wouldn’t hear it to get up for work, but I was pleasantly surprised. Plus, I can easily answer any phone calls I might get right through the mask…how cool!! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has trouble sleeping at night or just resting in general. For me, I have to fall asleep to some type of background noise or music. This product is perfect for that. Plus, my boyfriend snores sometimes and it’s hard for me to sleep, this also helps me block that out too. Although it doesn’t completely block out all the surrounding noise around me, it’s still a very helpful product. But, it does have an option you can set it to on your phone to cancel all background noise or only partially block out background noise. So for me, that’s a definite plus.
