This should be ok trying it for first time this heme iron some say it’s better so will see took one today , only time will tell. Taking iron pills do help a lot giving u energy and awakeness

Doc said o was low on iron. I didn’t know why I felt run down and didn’t expect iron to help… but about a week after starting these, I noticed I wasn’t wishing for a nap all the time! May not cure all, but it’s definitely a component to better energy under certain situations. Kinda big, but they need to be.

Never knew there was a difference. I really lost my taste for meat, but lost energy so I added iron. Regular iron didn’t do much, so I did more research and found that heme iron is more easily absorbed and made usable in the body. I couldn’t agree more.
