I took this on a plane trip to Europe (14 hour flight). I thought it would be comfortable but very soon into using this item, I realized it causes a slight pull forward of the neck. Having a previous neck injury, it was not comfortable for me. It is convenient otherwise. I like the concept. I will pass it on to my young adult kids, they will probably like it.

I wanted to love it, but it just so bulky and does not sit upright on table or lap. It leans, so when I tried to rest by placing face in it, I kept breathing weird and getting air in my stomach. I don’t know how to really explain it.
The face mask and ear plugs are nice and worked well, but pillow is not good purchase. My neck pillow is way better and cheaper and less bulky. If the bottom of this pillow was flat, maybe it would have worked well.

I had to return this and order one from TEMO which is 22.5″ height. This is 20 inch which is too short for me to . This might be good for smaller person. Not for me , 5′ 8″” height.
The face cover is very good though.

Bought this for my husband for a trip. Was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked for him and his bad back. We took it on 4 flights and he used it every time. It took like 3 breaths to inflate and super easy to deflate.
