Its a nice memory foam pillow. The divots on the side kinda help with keeping on my mask but ultimately it makes it kinda hard to get in a position to sleep. If you go one way you may as well have a normal pillow and if you go too far the other way your face falls into the divot.

Those of us who must use a CPAP machine know what a pain they are in so many ways. Any little tweak is welcome and this product is a HUGE tweak in my opinion. Been using this for 6 months now. I love that it creates a nice buffer between the hose and furniture. The noise created by the hose dragging along my glass top nightstand would wake me up. Not with this cover on. And the hose seems to move more freely now and without concerns for wearing a hole in the hose. We have cats who like to investigate and mess with this sort of stuff. The cover not only deters their interest, but even if they do try to play with it, the cover protects it. Might not for a large, mouthy dog tho. But my favorite thing is how much more comfortable the hose feels next to my skin. What a difference it makes! Isn’t hot in the summer and prevents the cold hose surprise on skin in the winter. Also doesn’t slide off the bed as easily. Washes up great. I put in a lingerie bag (because of velcro), wash on cold and then air dry. Dries very quickly too. Hand washing would work as well. I wash it weekly when I clean the equipment and it’s dry when I reassemble everything for that night. Due to the length, can be a little fiddley getting the cover back on but once the opening is over the hose intake, zips right up nicely. Best to lay it all out on the bed rather than trying to hold it. I put the tab end of the cover on the intake end of the hose and the ‘bottom’ of the zipper at the mask end.
Is there anything I would like to see improved or changed? Yes but these are minor. I wish it were about 10-12 inches longer for more full coverage. My mask uses an exhaust hose attached to the primary. Would be nice to see a short add-on extension or over all longer cover. The velcro strap that secures the ends over the hose works great but I wish it was softer or had some sort of flap on it to keep the exposed velcro from rubbing on skin. I’ve solved this by wrapping a piece of fabric medical tape around it and it works very well. Stretch wrap bandaging would probably work just as well.
Price, quality, and function make this a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and add this accessory to your nightly routine.

The indentation are great when I need to sleep in my side. Also works great when sleeping on my back. Very comfortable either way. I will likely always use this pillow, with or without CPAP.

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, am almost exclusively a side sleeper, but also find the full face mask to be more comfortable. I was having a difficult time maintaining a seal throughout the night with my regular pillow and kept waking up due to mask leaks. I ordered this pillow and it has been life-changing! It really helps me sleep comfortably throughout the night no matter which position I am in and especially when I’m on my side, the face mask will fit perfectly in the gaps in the pillow and allows the mask to remain sealed on my face when I am on my side. It has helped me get a better night’s sleep for sure! The pillow is very comfortable and it is high-quality memory foam. Highly recommended if you wear a full face mask or really any type of CPAP user if you are a side sleeper!!

Wasnt sure what to think as Ive never seen a pillow like this but with a CPAP that covers the nose/mouth, I thought Id give it a try. Esp as the reviews were good. And Im glad I did! I left it 24 hrs to do its thing and I like the firmness and how much easier it is to sleep. I’m actually getting a good 7 hrs sleep vs the 5-6 I was getting with a regular pillow. Who knew this was such a need for us CPAP users? I didnt and am so glad I came across this when searching for CPAP supplies. BEST purchase!

The recessed ends allow you to sleep either on the right side or left side with out adjusting the pillow.
The recessed ends allow for two options of comfort just by rotating the pillow 180 degrees. See Photo.
I like the fact that you can remove the Pillow cover for washing with it’s rear zipper feature.
The design of the recessed area is superb. There is a second cover under the removable pillow cover that has button keeping the recess in place. See Photo.

While I was testing this pillow to decide if I liked it or not I just put a pillowcase over the cover it came with, I do not recommend doing that. My pillowcase kept coming off.
Size was great no matter which side I slept on. I did not notice any smell.
If is nice that when I turn to my side I do not have my CPAP mask being pushed to one side or the other from my pillow so I am sleeping much more comfortably. Definitely worth the money
