I’ve struggled off and on for a long time with neck and shoulder pain/tightness. Lately it seemed to be getting worse and was particularly noticeable first thing after waking up. I decided it was time to try a new pillow. At first I was hesitant because, even on sale, it was still kind of expensive.
But I’m SO GLAD I got it. I’ve had it for a week now and my neck and shoulder feels so much better. The first morning I slept with this pillow my neck didn’t hurt when I woke up but it came back by mid morning. The second morning it came back by afternoon. Since then my neck hasn’t bothered me at all. I’ve been sleeping through the night much more regularly.
The pillow really cradles your head so you can’t scrunch your neck and shoulder up into awkward positions while you’re asleep. I find it works well for both back and side sleeping. I have noticed, though, that it has changed my sleep positions somewhat. Before I was mainly a right side sleeper and almost never slept on my back. I would say with this pillow I sleep on my back about 1/3 of the time now. I have noted that this makes me dream more.
Highly recommend this pillow. Definitely worth the price.

Visually, this thing does not look very appealing or inviting to lay your head on, but I have been sleeping like a baby since I got this thing a month ago! I don’t have any real problems sleeping but I tend to get up almost nightly to use the bathroom. But that has stopped literally the first night I used this Jetsons looking thing. I’m just out, immediately. I have tried numerous types of pillows because I tend to get kinks in my neck but I have been neck kink-free for a month! I bought this pillow as I was recovering from a severely (and I mean debilitating pinched nerve in my neck that caused my left arm to lose all strength for several days, and was in excruciating pain, to the point that I thought I was having a heart attack or stroke or some other health emergency – had to see an orthopedic specialist), I used this pillow, along with other neck stretching devices and it seems to have done the trick! Can’t credit the pillow entirely because how can I know it was just the pillow? But I am loving it, despite its Pontiac Aztek-of-pillows look! Like the defunct Pontiac Aztek, don’t be fooled by its crazy design. IT IS SUPER ERGONOMIC. I’m loving it.
6 month update June 2023:
I have been COMPLETELY neck-kink free!! I have not had one stiff neck since I bought this in Dec 2022!!! I feel confident in attributing this cervical disc relief to the funky pillow! I seldom use my neck traction device now. I sleep soundly and feel rested everyday. Even the nights that I don’t get enough hours, the hours I do get feel more solid, like I’m actually getting rest. I have to credit this pillow! Prior to this, I was prone to neck pain or stiffness more days than not. I can’t recommend this pillow enough. Worth every penny! Worth noting: I’m a back sleeper 99% of the time. The curves perfectly support my neck and the shoulder cutouts don’t put any pressure on that area and help keep my shoulders from creeping upward in a weird position at night. WORTH A TRY if you are like me, desperate for a non-surgical solution!

We have cheaper foam pillows that have a slight grove/notch in the center for that neck relief, but man, this pillow is SO much better!
Amazing support on the neck / back of the head.
Comfortable for back sleepers, stomach sleepers (me) and side sleepers (my wife).
Things to keep in mind:
– The pillow is pretty large – you might need larger pillow cases.
– If you’re not used to this type of pillow (foam) and/or you prefer less firm pillows, this will be an adjustment for you. This pillow is by no means “hard”, but it’s firm than a typical feather pillow.

I haven’t had it long enough to do a review on the effectiveness of the pillow itself and didn’t plan on doing a review at all for at least a month, but I fear it’s going to fall apart before then.
I take very good care of the pillow (because of it can really help my neck pain and issues, it’s a medical device as far as I’m concerned). It stays on the bed, gets covered with a sheet in the morning and there aren’t any animals in the house. Yet somehow, the case already has a rip in it and the fabric is the kind that just keeps ripping once there is a hole. It’s very delicate.
The case itself has a bit of stuffing in it which is now coming out. The pillow case ripping is a big deal to me because:
1. The case is contoured to the pillow specifically, which helps it keep shape and bounce back after lying on it.
2. There is a button that connects the top top side of the case to the bottom side of the case through a hole in the pillow, right in the center where you lay your head. This is what keeps bowl shape where your head lays, which is a critical purpose in the posture the pillow is designed to keep you in. If you were to use a regular case, there is a possibility that the case could be pulled taught in that area and not follow the contour of the bowl your head needs to lay in, keeping you from achieving the posture you paid all that money to achieve. Which means no pain relief.
3. It worries me that the pillow itself is also fragile and will not hold up if the case is so delicate or had ripped from 3 days use.
Keep in mind that the rip is not even close to where you lay your head, so it’s not even from the direct weight of my head. I’m kind of bummed about that. Obviously enough to do an early bad review. But I feel like the case is just as important as the pillow itself (they go hand in hand) and you’ll understand why if you buy one.

I love this pillow, but it gave me the worst neck pain. I had to start going to PT. And it would be impossible to return because it same in like a space bag that you had to open up and let it get to its shape and size. How could I return it? Would never fit back in the box.

About 45 years ago got severe whip lash falling off the side of vehicle & grabbing with both hands. Sudden stop snapped my head back, separating my vertebrae. Had to wear a collar for about a year with lots of therapy. Doc said worst separation he had ever seen & I would always have neck problems from injury and arthritis. How true that was. Have spent on every line of pillow. I have even attempted to sew me a pillow to get some relief. This is the 1st one I have ever found that tucks just right under my neck in am these years that actually fits snugly under my neck to hold it properly and allow me a comfortable nights sleep. Thanks so much for designing it!

The shape of the pillow is great. I’m trying to train myself to sleep on my back and this is so much more comfortable than a regular pillow. It cradles my neck and prevents me from turning on my cheek. But…. the cutouts on the side are really scratchy and uncomfortable. It scratches against my shoulder all night, and it’ll even wake me up in the night if I put my arms above my head. I have no idea why they’d choose such a rough fabric for a pillow, it’s just terrible. I’ll probably cover it with another pillowcase and keep using it, but it’s annoying to have such a major design flaw.
