They should redo the coating of the capsules because its very difficult to desolve and often stuck in the stomach for a long time.
Still, I take 1 each night before sleep and take less sleeping med I use to take. It works fine in helping me to fall in sleep faster.

I really like Magnesium Sleeplex. Have been reading up on Magnesium Threonate, the main ingredient in it and have found that this is the only type of magnesium that crosses the blood brain barrier. I am a 71 year old insomniace and get a full nights sleep after taking it. I never have to take more than 2 capsules, although 3 are recommended.

I struggle with my mind racing when i lay down. I close my eyes and the next thing I know I’m reliving an embarrassing memory from 3rd grade, or I’ve run through an imaginary scenario for the 6th time and it is 3am. It did have to build up in the system a little, but after a few nights I noticed that when I closed my eyes my brain was silent and I fell asleep quickly. 10/10 would recommend. Dreams get real weird and vivid.

I have struggled to get good sleep for as long as I can remember. If it’s been written about how to get a good night’s sleep, I’ve read it! I know all the dos and don’ts of good sleep hygiene, but still, I don’t sleep well. I have tried many different types of sleeping aids over the years with mixed success. This product helped me fall asleep easily, and I didn’t feel tired or groggy the next day. I still wake up frequently, but I think that’s just how my body is made. This product works for me better than most and helped me get good, restful sleep for most of the night without leaving me spacy the next day.

I’ve tried multiple sleep aids in my life and I believe I have found the most beneficial. You name it: thc, melatonin, cbd, zzzquil, sleepytime tea, everything under the sea. Tried. It. All.
This took time for my body to really adapt to, a couple days I’d say. I followed the serving directions as it states and found that timing is crucial. Similar to melatonin, you want to take it at least an hour before you want to be asleep. Not right before.
Taking it too close to when you want to be asleep gave me grogginess upon waking. Similar to melatonin.
What I found was it also seemed to lower my stress levels which were tracked with my WHOOP tracker. And just overall ease of mind the next day.
I love natural and herbal remedies and this was certainly a great experience and something I’ll look for in the future.

I heard Huberman tout this combo, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m in grad school and highly stressed, so my night’s sleep is basically a series of naps where my brain is just impatiently waiting for me to stir. As soon as I do it’s like, “Oh good! You’re up! I’ve been waiting to run several things by you.” and then we’re off to the races until the next nap, and then the subsequent “As I was saying…” from my brain, and so on and so forth. All. Night.
I have taken this for the last two nights and I don’t remember waking up either night. The potential confounder is that I’m on spring break. But to be honest, I’m a pretty high strung person with or without grad school, so I’m still optimistic that this stuff helps. If I get back to school and this seems to no longer have an effect, I will update this review. For now, solid 5 stars.
