    Why does this product contain lead? Ewww. No thank you. I bought three bottles but how am I supposed to keep buying when the label says it contains lead? Manufacture needs to describe this better.

    I’ve been struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep for a few years. I’ve tried several different things, but most things didn’t work very well or for long. This stuff is amazing! The first time I took it, I fell asleep fast and slept like a rock ALL night! I only had to take it a few times, and now I’m able to fall asleep on my own most night. Only rarely do I have to take it now. However, be forewarned: it stinks, lol!

    I would’ve given it a zero if it would’ve allowed it.
    I’ve been buying/taking this product for over a year now. It’s always worked great to help me sleep. The smell was always quite potent with a resemblance of dirty feet. I just received my most recent order this month and it now has a warning on it (it never had before) that it contains lead. It did not come with the usual protective cover and cotton inside the jar. Also, gone is the horrible, but usual, smell. They did something to this product and not for the better. Against my better judgment I took one the first night and got the worse headache and was unable to sleep. I would not buy this product. I did contact Amazon and got a full refund but don’t waste your money or chance taking something that is going to make you sick.

    Valerian is an old, tried and true help for sleep. Safe and natural. Used a lot in other countries and just catching on here. If you have trouble sleeping give this a try. It smells funny–that’s OK it’s supposed to so don’t be put off. I think they smell a little like stinky feet! But they work! And no morning grogginess. Have a good sleep. This particular product is the best I have used.

    I definitely notice a difference in quieting my overactive mind with this valerian product. It doesn’t have the nauseating odor that some high-potency valerian products have.
