I was hesitant about this purchase but honestly so far it’s great. We’ve only slept on it one night and it’s so much more comfortable than our old spring mattress! It was packaged nicely and set up easy. Just cut open the bag and let the air do the rest. It inflates quickly. The corners are still a little sloped but they’ve risen more this morning. The firmness is just right. It’s soft but you don’t sink. There’s a 100 day return on it. So we’re gonna test it out a little longer. I feel confident that we’ll keep it though! I’m impressed with the quality and the price! Looks well made. The real test will be after a few more nights sleeping on it to see if it continues to hold its form. Again I’m confident it will

This mattress is not a firm. It doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on cement. So if you are looking for a firm mattress this is not the one for you. However, this is not soft like a cloud either. This mattress is definitely a medium. There is no sinking in the middle. Now the directions say one can sleep on the mattress right out of the box but that 12 hours was recommended. I did the 12 hours to let it fluff up ,which it did the full 12 inches with no issues. Corners turned out great no issue there. The mattress is a great value for the money so great that I bought two. I have only had them for about a week so I don’t know the long haul of the mattress. I definitely recommend this mattress for the quality and price.

It looked good packaged and was packaged well but after 24 hours it’s still not laying flat. The center is raised up and corners are bent. So it will not lay relaxed on the bed. Customer service was pleasant to work with. Upset bc this mattress seemed like it would be comfortable. Not sure why it won’t lay flat. It looked nice and was soft. I did not try a replacement just because I had to have them bring it in and I did not want to end up with two mattresses that won’t lay down.

The bed is overall very comfortable. Its feels more memory foam and is great. I left it rise for 3 1/2 days. The only issue I have is that the corners are still slopped on both sides. Otherwise the bed is great

Me toco reclamarlo porque no llego a mi casa, todo estaba bien, me toco esperar casi 2 días para que tomara forma, las puntas no tienen nada de dureza, y cuando te acuestas te hundes y te duele todo sino es lo que buscas, esperaba firmeza media o medio fuerte, pero no tiene nada de firmeza. De resto todo super bien. Lastima no es lo que buscaba.

This bed is Prefect for me no more shoulder pain. We both have been sleeping soundly on it. Just wish I would have found out sooner.
