Good Sleep Essential Oil (Comparable to Young Living’s Peace & Calming Blend) 100% Pure, Best Therapeutic Grade – 10ml – Includes Chamomile, Copaiba, Lavender, Sandalwood & More
First, let me start off by saying that this Oil blend of Chamomile, Copaiba, Lavender, Sandalwood & More has a very powerful smell to it. Just a couple of drops and the smell lingers for hours. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend it to people whose sinuses are very sensitive, which probably isn’t too many people. For the rest of us, who can stand a strong but pleasant smell, and that includes myself, I would highly recommend trying this product. While the smell lasts a long time, it is a sweet and pleasant smell.
However, I find that Good Sleep Essential Oil did not help me sleep any better at night. It is more for leaving a lasting aroma in the environment and on the body. The Good Sleep Essential Oil gets major respect for its strong, long-lasting smell. It is more useful as a perfume than a sleep inducer. For that reason, I did not give it five stars.
So I would highly recommend it to people who like pungent smells. I would not recommend this product to those who are adverse to an odoriferous smell.

Dice que es un blend de aromas pero realmente el único aroma que le siento es el de la lavanda y no es muy de mi agrado, porque en mi ha el efecto contrario: de tanto que huele en lugar de relajarme me da dolor de cabeza.

I love essential oils and I had never heard of this brand before I accidentally came across it when I was helping a friend pick out EOs for her new difusser. I have several large difusser a that last for almost 24hrs. I tend to use a lot of EOs in my diffusers for all kinds of reasons. I was one of the EOs people that bought into the two huge EO companies and started being a rep for them but I just wasn’t that impressed with the prices, which were highly overpriced, and I really only used one or two of their EOs for the prices that I was paying, it really was all I could afford. The other EOs, I would find from other EO companies online and use them for my difussers. So, when I read the information about this EO and that it was similar to the other EOs that I enjoyed from the high priced companies, but couldn’t afford to difuss at all, I decided to give this EO a try. Right now, I did have to add quite a bit to my difusser just to smell it, but like I stated above, I have larger difussers, so I expected that. It does have a pleasant relaxing smell and I’m rather enjoying it right now. I do plan on purchasing more EOs from this line when I am paid. I’m very interested to see how they work. I also plan on telling my friends about this EO line so that they don’t fall into the expensive EO buying trap that I fell for. This EO company proves that quality EOs can be made for a very affordable price! There is no need to spend hundreds a month when you can buy similar EOs from this company and just pay a fraction of the cost. The only thing that I really hope from this company is more information on their EOs instead of a vague explanation. For instance, the usage of the EOs, what they can be combined with, how they can help with certain ailments, the ingredients, and so on. But other than that, I’m very happy with what I have purchased and plan on purchasing more in the next couple weeks.

It may seem like I digress, but I am going to relate what MY experience is with this essential oil. It very well might not be the same for you. I have a wrist activity tracker that not only tracks steps during the day but measures the quality of my sleep at night. By “quality” I mean, it charts how long I sleep and calculates what percentage was “sound or deep” and what percentage was “light” sleep. Please note the caveat this activity tracker states in it’s literature:
“Deep sleep represents the more restful sequences of sleep and provides the largest contribution to how rejuvenating your sleep is. Light sleep also has a valuable but less understood role. These classifications of sleep are intended for consumer sleep tracking to understand quantity and quality of sleep and are not equivalent to medical sleep cycles and measures.” I would underline this last sentence if I could.
So we can agree this tracker is a rather primitive method to measure quality of sleep. That being said, I have been tracking my sleep since December 2014 and at best, I would achieve 50% of each kind of sleep. Most of the time I enjoy a little more light sleep than deep. The first night I rubbed a 1% dilution (with almond oil) on the soles of my feet, my activity tracker showed twice as much deep sleep as light sleep! I was astounded. So I started experimenting with it. Skipped the oil some nights, applied it some nights, and got the same readings. This last week, I skipped it 4 nights in a row and got the 50% readings. Last night I applied the oil and got 4 hours and 30 minutes of deep sleep and 2 hours and 36 minutes of light sleep. I do not know if we are supposed to have so much deep sleep so I cannot say this is a good or bad thing and I still wake up 2-4 times during the night with or without the oil. This has been my experience. Weighing in on the aroma controversy: I love this recipe. It smells very calming to me.
