I’ve been taking this magnesium now for about 2 weeks and I don’t know if it’s working or not I can’t tell you if I feel any better or not it is Affordable the ingredients look pure but what is disappointing I really don’t know how many milligrams this magnesium is and I’m trying to get at least 400 mg in my diet for muscle aches. Try this at your own risk it doesn’t taste bad and there’s no aftertaste but I just doesn’t know if it works

Bought this and ashwaganda and started taking two capsules a night about an hour or two before bed and went from waking up 3-4 times every night and waking my husband in the process to sleeping mostly through and I feel much calmer. Life changing combination!! Try it and you won’t be sorry. Love that it’s natural and I don’t wake up feeling like a zombie like I did with melatonin.
