I was a bit skeptical buying a mattress online but figured I would for the price. We needed a new mattress since ours was about 10 years old and literally caving in. We did not want to invest in a really expensive mattress since we are planning to move into a house in a couple of years and get a king.
The mattress came really fast and was delivered by UPS. It was easy to set up and super fast, it was heavy but I managed to do it by myself as a 165 pound woman that works out. It puffed up as soon as I cut it out of the plastic, it didn’t shoot out or anything it slowly had air and by 2 minutes it was inflated. The mattress is really comfortable, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the edges don’t have as much of support as the rest of the mattress but for the value for money it was definitely worth it. This was my first mattress from a box and I have no complaints upon opening it. We got the 14inch, it’s super tall especially with a box spring. There was no smell when opening the box. I recommend this if you’re looking forward for something cheap and comfortable!

I bought this for my son a little over a month ago and it has held up very well! The mattress inflated quickly and he did wait 24 hours to sleep on it. He said it’s so comfortable! It does give a little if you sit on the edge as other comments have stated, but overall it is a great mattress for the value!

We got this bed on time, opened it and it was immediately right to “14 inches and so comfy. We waited the 24 hours and it’s FIRM yet soft and has no flaws. My husband is a heavy set man weighing 285lbs and I am 154 and this bed doesn’t sink, forms to our bodies perfect and I cannot feel him move at all! The support and motion isolation is PERFECT!! Soooo worth the money and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good firm yet mildly soft mattress! Absolutely in love!!

The mattress came packaged neatly and was easy to open. A tool was provided to open the plastic to avoid cutting the mattress. The queen size was a little heavy to maneuver for 1 person but got easier once it expanded. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, price, and comfort of the product. If you are on the fence about this purchase, I highly suggest going for it. I didn’t notice any odors and the temperature of the mattress is just right. It is not a cooling mattress and it doesn’t get hot. I am very happy I decided on this mattress.

I’m a pretty critical reviewer and will find immediate flaws.. I’m impressed at this bed for the price.. I have no opinion on durability because I just got it but it is very well made and solid..
Right out of the box it is usable…. Within 1 hour I was laying on it with no issues…
I sat on the edge of the bed and there’s good support right out of the box but take note I have an embeded bed frame that offer some side support.. I have no problem sitting on the edge and I’m sure that’s the case without my frame which only provides a small amound of bottom edge support..
It’s very well made and very comfortable.. not too soft or hard, seems just right… No weird smell…
Only problems were with shipping.. The were supposed to deliver on Tuesday but it didn’t arrive until Friday.. I had to nag at Amazon to get it delievered or I don’t think I would have got it as quickly…. they said something about the manufacture not sending it to a near factory probably because of the recent hurricane that hit in Florida… It was worth the wait, but I did make 2 long chat sessions before getting it after the delivery promise…
It is very heavy… The poor UPS driver struggled.. I helped him and it is even heavy with 2 guys… Don’t lift this by yourself!
Despite those issues I still give it 5 stars!
I dragged the box over my bed frame and opened it.. Made sure it would unroll in the right posiition.. The king size fit perfectly in an embedded king size frame..
Now if you are an adult I recommend a frame, but for kids it doesn’t really need one… however, it is better with a frame in any case because it is just nicer that way and more comfortable in my opinion… You also don’t need a frame with the 14″ that I got since it is so thick you won’t feel the floor, I know I had a thinner bed and this is twice the thickness.. It’s going to be comfortable either way but with a frame that has spring it will make it that much better….
I added a cover but you don’t need one to make it more comfortable.. It is very comfortable to lay on out of box..
