I recently bought this full size mattress and I’m really impressed! It’s super comfortable – just enough to support my back, but it still feels soft and comfortable. Its edge support is also solid, which I didn’t expect. I can sit or lie on the edge without feeling like I’m going to slide off. Another thing I really like is how cool it is all night long. I tend to overheat when I sleep, but this mattress has a nice, stable temperature. It is vacuum-sealed and easy to open the package. Good bed 14 in tall. Good edge support. You can sit on the side without feeling like you’re going to fall in. Medium firm not too soft not too hard. This picture was taken 20 minutes after it was unwrapped. It came in a long six to seven foot box. Rolled extremely tight but pops right open. They give you a little cutter to cut the plastic. Great value. I’m happy.

This bed was very comfortable until the foam separated only way to get refund is to return considering it’s a king size box mattress,no way to return very disappointed

give support and comfort, and that includes for me who suffer from back problems. Although a firm mattress is recommended by some retailers, you should always look for a mattress that keeps your back aligned while sleeping and relieves pressure points along your spine and joints

First of all, I’m always amazed at how they can compact such a large item like this in such a small box. The item weight says 50 pounds, but it’s quite a bit heaver then that. After placing mattress wrapped in plastic on bed and cutting it open with cutter provided it quickly expanded to its full 12″ queen size. My wife and I were surprised how nice it looked and felt and very comfortable to lay on. The mattress is listed as medium firm, and I would say that description is very accurate. Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now I am very pleased with this purchase.

So…I’m a large woman. I like medium firm beds. Firm enough to support my weight soft enough to not make me want to cry in my sleep. This edges a little too close to “makes me want to cry in my sleep” firm.
Maybe I’m an outlier and actually prefer softer beds and this isn’t it. How would one even return this?
