If you are a first time user of this type of product taking on an empty stomach, be aware blood sugar might drop as mine did and although it didn’t stop my workout I did feel a bit jumpy. Product works well but know how to titrate to your tolerance until comfortable.

This supplement made no noticeable difference for me after several weeks; energy levels and muscle recovery were unchanged. Maybe this takes 8+ weeks to notice a difference, but taking 3 every morning for several weeks now, I am seeing no changes. Taste and intestinal comfort were not issues for me and I had no noticeable side effects or negative effects.

I am totally astonished by what this product has done for me. I have been reading on and off about aminos and was not very eager to try them, as I had a bad experience with them years ago. The ones I tried were ALL, not just essential, so I think that played a role. I decided to try these after reading another article how helpful they can be. I did not want to spend a lot of money for a fancy brand because I was not expecting any miracles. I have bought other supplements from Double Wood, and they were ok so I figured I don’t have much to lose by trying these. But OMG!!! The horrible pain in my leg/hip/glute muscles that was tormenting me for years resolved in about three days. I still can’t believe it after what I have tried over the years. Massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncture, of course different kinds of exercise, yoga, sauna, massage gun, herbs, minerals, supplements, you name it. I would occasionally get some relief from the pain, but it would come nagging back. Sometimes it was so bad I could barely walk. I figured there is something missing in my diet that my muscles were so tight, I just did not know what because I eat pretty healthy. After the long time of pain, depression and resignation started to set in. When I started to take these aminos I had absolutely no expectations and I am quite amazed that my day goes on without pain and it has been quite a few days now. The other great side effects are that I seem to be losing a little weight, I am not so hungry, and I have quite more energy. Without the pain my range of motion is increasing too, so I can do more exercise. The good effects are just snowballing. I hope this will keep up. So thank you Double Wood! I wanted to share this experience for the people who might possibly lose hope that they can get better, just don’t give up, miracles do happen and you never know when you come across one.

I take this product daily, once in the morning and once around dinner time. I have not noticed any adverse reactions, and it does help with muscle soreness!

To be honest, as a vegetarian for about 40 years, skin is awful. (Genetics, too. ) Thought I would try a couple months of amino acids. To be honest after two months, no changes in my skin, but no changes in anything that I’ve noticed, also means no detriments. An affordable product to try.

Myself and my teen are taking this supplement. I felt it on the first day. I’m just sensitive I guess. The pain relief and the mood boost are real for me. I saw in my son that he gained a lot of energy and enthusiasm which was great. He went from barely doing chores to organizing my laundry room so I will say that that’s a win. We only take the three on an empty stomach as directed. The mental and physical effects are awesome. Oh yeah and my son’s appetite wasn’t really the greatest but this helps with that as well. I’m happy he’s eating more.
