Whenever there’s a brief power dip, I no longer have to reset the clock. Odd that it was off by 3 minutes but I was able to adjust that. Using the most dim option works great for me. The wireless phone charger is finicky but once you figure out the “happy place” for the phone, it works well. The tuner pulls in stations well, despite living in an area with only distant stations. I don’t use the watch or ear bud chargers, so can’t offer an opinion. I’m pleased with it, and it was reasonably priced.

I really like this clock. My phone, watch, and ear pods; all apple; charge with no problem. My iPhone have a thick case and still charges quickly. Easy to assemble; just a couple of parts. I love its bluetooth speaker in it. well made and adjustable brightness.

Love what it does, but my unit is less than a year old and it has started to malfunction. Prior to the issues arising I would have given this product 5 stars, but considering I expect it to fail soon I have to deduct 3.
First the pros. You get a convenient alarm clock/radio/Bluetooth speaker combo with weekday and weekend alarms. Emerson has been making alarm clocks for a while, and their game is still on point here. As an alarm clock I have no complaints about this device, it really is flawless. The radio is decent, and the speaker is somewhat dull and doesn’t have audio quality that will blow you away, but it is servicable.
Now for the cons. This thing fails as a charging station. When I set my phone to charge on it after some time it will begin to emit a low static hum and stop charging my phone while the unit overheats. It also can not reliably deliver enough power to charge my phone and smart watch at the same time, let alone a pair of wireless buds. Given that the entire point of this charging station/clock is to dump your gadgets on it to charge while you sleep, this is a deal breaker.
I hope my unit is just defective, because prior to this behavior it was my favorite wireless charging solution for all my devices. I suspect however that despite advertising rapid charging the unit is constructed in such a way as to not be rated for the wattage passing through it, hence the breakdown in power delivery components and feedback into the speaker system.
I intend to make a warranty claim with Emerson to see if this can be fixed. This review may be updated after that experience.

The numbers are clear and easy to see. Husband likes the charging options, especially for his Apple Watch. It has two alarms, one of which can be easily activated by a sleepy wife just mindlessly mashing buttons. In the upside, it’s durable and withstands mindless button mashing. Only drawback is the AM antenna cord is pretty spindly and is easily sucked into vacuum cleaners.

This is a nice clock radio and phone charger. The ear buds and watch chargers are a nice addition, but the watch holder is not retractable like the ear bud holder. If you don’t install the watch charger two large holes on the side of the clock remain. Also the watch charger uses a cable that is not supplied which utilizes one of the available USB ports unfortunately.
The problem arises with the dimming feature. It does not dim enough for a bedroom on the lowest setting or auto. The previous model ER100401 I have dims significantly more. Ideally a variable dial would be a better design IMO. The flashing charging light on this model is red and dims compared to the prior model which is very bright and does not dim.
Another issue is the CR2032 backup battery which was already dead when I received the clock. Oh well, time to go run to the store for a new one. Hey at least the dead battery indicator works!

The buttons for the alarm are on top of the clock, which is where you have to lay your phone for wireless charging. So, if you are a snooze hitter, you have to move your phone to get to the clock functions.
Also, I’ve had the clock about 3 months and it’s not charging my phone. The charging light is on but when I get up, my phone is on low battery. I went with this one because of the brand, functions and it was on the cheap side…sometimes you get what you pay for.

Everything about this clock works great. Charges my phone fine (although it does have to be in a particular position but I like that it flashes the charge indicator rapidly to let you know it isn’t charging). My galaxy watch charger fits it great. I have not tried it for headphones. Bluetooth audio works great and sounds pretty decent. Clock display is a tad brighter than I’d like even on the lowest setting but not bad.
