Any sleep aids that I’ve taken have left me feeling less than 100% the next day. Slow, groggy, detached. It’s tough to be on the top of your game, whatever that may be, feeling that way. After reading and understanding what the author is saying and suggesting, it becomes clear that we can all benefit from reading this book.
She explains the what and why and how certain foods will aid in giving us a better chance at revitalizing sleep and also provides delicious, easy to follow recipes. How nice!
