Okay I’m a great sleeper and my fiancé is not so I have an honest review for you. If you like the smell of lavender and chamomile then you will LOVE the scent. I spray it on my pillow and on my wrists before bed. That being said, I do not think this helped me or my fiancé sleep at all but the smell made us feel so relaxed that it was comforting to fall asleep.
I have it three stars because it helps you relax and smells good to get into “sleep mode” but I do not believe it helped us sleep better or worse.

I had to return my order as it had leaked into the bag it was shipped in but I do love it and use it to make my bedroom and house smell good. I don’t know if it helps me sleep but who cares, it’s just a lovely smell to drift off to. Highly recommend it if you don’t get one that leaks! Packaging problem only
