For most of my life, I’ve had neck problems which made sleeping uncomfortable. I constantly tossed and turned to find a comfortable position – and I always woke up with a sore neck. I went through 20 pillows in just a couple of years.
I often complained to a friend about how I dreamed of a pillow to support my neck and ease the discomfort. One day she told me about an ad she saw for the Donama pillow. I checked Amazon and saw that it looked like it might be comfortable, but of course, it’s hard to tell just by a photo. I decided to try it, and I’m glad that I did!
I immediately noticed the high quality and softness of the material. The first night I slept great and did not wake up with neck pain. But I’ve been tricked before! lol I’ve now had it for several weeks and look forward to falling asleep and staying asleep without having to toss and turn all night.
Another bonus is that in the last year, I developed pain sleeping on my side. One night I decided to try sleeping on my side and felt no pain. That surprised me, but it was a very nice surprise.
I use a CPAP mask and had no problem. I can sleep on my back or my side without any interference from the pillow.
I am extremely grateful that I finally found a pillow that works for me! My only complaint is that I hadn’t found this pillow sooner.

I’m so impressed with this cervical memory foam pillow! It’s incredibly comfortable, and I find myself not wanting to return it despite receiving the wrong size (ordered queen, got standard). The pillow itself is fantastic – the memory foam cradles my neck and head perfectly, providing excellent support and comfort. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is the sizing issue. If you’re considering purchasing, double-check the size before usimg it, youll love ot too much to return ot for the right size. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pillow for its comfort and quality.

I’ve been using a different pillow for a long time which I thought I loved but kept waking up with a stiff neck and shoulders. Instead of going out and buying a new bed, I figured I’d try a new pillow first.
After searching a while, this one seemed to have good reviews. I received it quick and tried it right away. Day 1, I felt a difference. I sleep in all directions and was concerned it wouldn’t be tall enough for side sleeping, but it surprisingly works really well. I have to turn it slightly for stomach sleeping but still does the job. It’s comfortable and I am much more relaxed in the morning and notice less headaches overall.

I can’t say it is the best pillow out there but it is the best cervical pillow I have tried. In fact, it is the second one I’ve purchased and have recommended it to friends and family with great success. It may take a few nights to get use to but the neck support is fantastic for back and side sleepers. I tend to start on my back and move to sides throughout the night. The transition is seamless with this pillow. I also appreciate the arm slots as I like to put my arms above my head when falling asleep. The ergonomics perfectly cradle both neck, head and arms in both positions. Each individual is different so I can’t claim you will get better sleep or not. For me personally, I sleep more through the night without waking up and adjusting then with a traditional pillow. I also have not experienced any new neck pain from sleeping with the pillow but rather less instances then before switching. A few other minor details I really enjoy is that the pillow perfectly fit a queen size pillowcase and unlike some other pillows, the top of the pillow is grey and not white. I’ve had white pillow tops and if you run hot or sweat, it will stain easily. That is not the case here. Speaking off temperature, the pillow does stay cool for the most part though I don’t believe there is any active cooling feature. The pillow comes packaged in an airtight bag so you will need to let it sit out for a few hours prior to use so the memory foam can expand to its full size. Don’t be alarmed, it will expand and then it will keep its shape excellently. 2-3 hours is all it took. Overall, for the price this is a fantastic cervical pillow and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to make a change to their sleeping habits.

I’ve been using the Donama pillow for about 3 months. I appreciate how soft the fabric is and it’s ability to keep my neck aligned while I sleep. I’m a stomach and side sleeper. With this pillow, I no longer wake up stressed out with a crook in my neck and back. I love how my head is contoured to fall into the pillow comfortably and completely. I have a another pillow shaped similarly but the Donama is BETTER! When my friends sleepover they fight over who is user the other pillow vs the Donama. Thank you for crafting something that functions to support more relaxing sleep.
