To start off I live in a townhome that is under 1000 ft.² I have this for my bedroom, hoping that it would cover the area of my bedroom. It’s gorgeous and matches my bedroom perfectly but to be honest even though I see the mist coming out it doesn’t perfume my room like my cheap ugly white plastic one,I got from 5 below years ago that I’ve been using daily. Which was very disappointing. I don’t know if it’s defective , but it’s too late to send back .I spend some money on oils so I know it’s not that, I actually feel like I’m wasting my oil putting it in there because you cannot smell it at all. I gave it three stars for the look, it’s made of plastic which is fine if it worked. Super sad 😢

This oil diffuser is absolutely stunning! Big & bold & modern, it can hold 500ml of water. It has a powerful vapour and the lighting colours are beautiful. I’m so glad I bought this as it saves having to top up water every 2/4/6 hours.
The quality is fantastic and it comes boxed and would make a very pretty gift.

We have had numerous Diffusers and ironically the $12 one is the best we bought this because it looks aesthetically better than a small white plastic cone and is larger capacity. However, we will be returning it. It does not produce nearly enough mist as the atomizer is the same exact size as small 100ml versions. After adding at least 20 drops of Gardenia oil we could not smell anything. 4 drops of this in the small one is pleasant and that one has an intermittent mode: 30sec On/30sec Off, so it last almost as long… however IT WORKS! This gurgles and does nothing for hours. It also drips a ridiculous amount of oil staining water when you remove the Lid ( which is a task in itself). I don’t like the timer Buttons either. Too many button pressing to setup. Seriously, looks good as most choices are cheesy White or Fake Wood, but it just plain fails at the one job it is supposed to do.
UPDATE: We did return the product already. However, Jack & Rose did reach out with excellent Customer Service. Credibility is key and I upped the 1 Star. Maybe I just received a Lemon. Will try again.
UPDATED UPDATE: They sent another one at No Charge. It works well. Still not as much mist as a small unit, but at least it functions unlike the original one.

I love love love this product and can’t recommend it enough. For starters it is absolutely gorgeous and it also works well. I purchased this for my entryway and I will be purchasing another for our room.

I purchased this diffuser based off of the great reviews and the aesthetic appeal, it looks great with my decor. Unfortunately, this diffuser is only for looks. It barely puts out any mist, and you cannot smell anything. I’ve tried a few drops, I’ve tried many drops. I’ve done a number of different oils to see if it was just a more muted fragrance from the oil itself to no avail. The only time you can smell anything is when you put your nose right up against the water (which obviously you cannot do lol)
I have just barely missed my return window which is a bummer because now I don’t know what to do with this. Donating to the thrift, I guess.

I ordered this diffuser and the top broke/got stuck and I couldn’t remove the plastic piece under the decorative cover. I contacted the vendor and within 24 hours, they shipped out a new one. Great customer service/super responsive.
I really like the way the diffuser looks. I’ve seen comments that the aroma is not strong enough. You do need to put a significant amount of essential oils in the water. Then it smells great!

Ok FIRST OF ALL- This design is gorgeous. 😍 Bought this for my desk at work and currently diffusing On Guard to ward off any viruses floating around. It has 2 buttons: 1 button for light, the other button for mist. There are 3 timer options: 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour, or the option to leave it on. The light button runs through several colors or the option for no light. No assembly required. The base holds a lot of water. 1 fill for the week lasts me all week. I fill it up to the max line on Monday morning— run it on 6 hours daily throughout the week— and empty/ clean it out on Friday evenings. It’s very quiet. Easy to fill and easy to clean. Covers my office space with a nice relaxing scent that doesn’t affect my coworkers working nearby. This is a great diffuser for the price.

I’ve recently learned how toxic candles and plug in scents are. And so I stopped using them, but I’ve noticed my house started smelling alittle stale because I’m not using anything. So I started looking into essential oils and found there are some good smelling ones that are not harmful! So I wanted to try an essential oil diffuser.
Well I really loved the look of this, it’s really cute stylish and has lights.
It works really good. It last along time before it runs out of water. And when it does run out of water it shuts off. So you dont have to worry about damaging your oil diffuser while you’re at work wondering if it ran out of water.
The lights are really pretty addition and has different settings to it.
It’s very easy to use.
It’s not loud at all, so if your someone who doesn’t like loud devices, this one is it. It’s very quiet.
This thing is awesome for the price you pay.
