Since taking this magnesium, I’ve had the best sleep at night. Before taking magnesium, id wake up randomly throughout the night and I couldn’t stay asleep. This magnesium keeps me asleep at night. I notice a difference in my sleep when I forget to take it. The taste is ehh. I prefer cymbiotikas fruity flavors which usually taste amazing but this one isn’t my favorite. I just know how amazing it makes me feel so I just deal with the not so great taste

I have used about half the box so far and I am definitely torn when it comes to these. I do like the packaging and the ease of use. I also travel a lot so the fact that they can be room temperature even though it’s liquid is nice. In addition, I have noticed a slight difference. It doesn’t help me fall asleep any quicker or feel more tired, but I have started sleeping through the night without waking up since I started which is a huge relief. I have not changed anything else, so I definitely know it’s this.
However, the taste is truly horrific. I read some comments saying that before ordering and I thought they were dramatic because some people said they liked the flavor. In my experience, it is very difficult to get it down. I have to drink it with a chaser lol and even then there’s a slight flavor lingering. It almost taste like vanilla extract mixed with a million chemicals. It really isn’t pleasant. This has made me want to try a different magnesium next. With that being said, it does work so if I don’t find another that both tastes better and works just as well, then I will be back to order more.

I received my 30 servings at $58 through Amazon and immediately tried for three days. Horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I thought maybe it was an interaction with something else I was taking so waiting a couple of weeks and tried it again. Same result… horrible stomach cramps. I felt absolutely no other effect but didn’t expect to after such a short period of time. The taste is also horrible but if the benefits were worth it, I would’ve stomached. I wish I had read the negative reviews thoroughly because you CANNOT return this product if the seal is broken on the box OR if you don’t buy it directly through Cymbiotika. So disappointed. Horrible customer care. Should offer a sample packet. DON’T PURCHASE if you aren’t POSITIVE you can tolerate.
