I believe the neck supports have helped my neck after using it for a few months. Although I think the length of the supports are too long and makes me have to jut out my head over the hump in order to get the proper supports. Perfect firmness though: not too saggy that it doesn’t hold my head and not too stiff that it pushes my ear into my brain – just enough to caress my head to sleep.

Pillow is too soft and not contoured enough for my needs. It is thinner and gives less support than needed. I can use it when sleeping on my back for a bit but when I turn and side sleep……no way. Live and learn.

This Contour Memory Foam Pillow is a total lifesaver for my neck! I’ve had neck issues for a while, but this pillow with its ergonomic design really supports my neck and keeps me comfortable alllll night. The two different heights are great for side, back, and stomach sleepers, so it works no matter how I sleep. I tend to switch a lot during the nights so this pillow moves right along with me comfortably.
The cooling gel is amazing bc it keeps me cool and comfy, especially in the summer and especially since I’m a hot sleeper. It’s soft, supportive, and I wake up feeling great. If you need a pillow for neck pain relief, this one is perfect!

I’m loving this pillow! First and most importantly, It comes in 2 HEVIGHTS, which are perfectly vertically aligned to both the side, back, and stomach by those who sleep on their sides, backs or stomachs. No more having to selfishly stand on one leg and waking up because of a sore neck like you got punched by a pro-wrestler! The memory foam contours are so soft and fluffy, it’s like you are being cradled by a million little angels. But flight misplacement is not something to be too worry as it can’t get into the odd shaped things. On top of this we promise that this cushion will take the shape you need or not, however, you use it.
Besides, how can we overlook the cooling gel ventilation? Galvanizing life-sustaining, life-saving breath of air! It is just a question of permitting a single one to be squashed into the arctic tundra. Your sweaty bedhead mornings are now just a memory. I would instead hate going to bed and hating the sound as if my partner is pounding in my ears with a violently rusty metal hammer. But now? We both sleep like little babies since the soft and firm pillow has been introduced in our beds.

I know it says to let this pillow sit and the odor should disappear….I think it’s been about 3 weeks now and I still can’t use this pillow because of the VERY, very, very strong chemical odor….The pillow itself is cushioned nicely and feels like it would be comfortable, but I haven’t been able to use it because it really stinks and will give you a headache! If the odor ever goes away and I can actually use it, I’ll update this review….. Otherwise, I do not recommend purchase of this item because of the really bad chemical smell…I almost can’t think of even using it if the smell goes away without thinking it’s still going to be in there while breathing it nightly…..I do NOT recommend purchase of this one. Sorry I bought it.
UPdated Review July 9, 2022 — Seller reached out to me after my review. Because of their excellent after-sales-service- and refunding my money. I have edited this review to reflect 5 stars. I still have concern about the chemical smell but will try the additional instruction provided by the Seller. The Seller also stated that, “We will urge the factory to monitor the quality and deodorize the product. You can try washing the pillowcase again as it is removable and machine washable…” Hopefully, this will correct the issue. In any event, this Seller stands by its 100% refund and satisfaction policy, even beyond the standard time frame to return items through Amazon. For that reason, I would purchase other items from this Seller in the future.

I have one of those spouses that allows me to turn off the heater in the winter because he spikes the temperature the second he falls asleep. However, in the summer this is not something I enjoy, and I must turn the AC on and blast it. For him he soaks the pillows, and I am always waking up and drying his head off while he sleeps. He also has a pinched nerve in his left shoulder so sleeping on his left side can be painful for him but sleeping on his right side just does not feel right. For me, I sleep half on my side and half on my stomach and I have bought dozens of pillows over the years trying to find a cool pillow and one that allows my body to adjust naturally as I sleep so that my airways stay open because I am asthmatic and I seem to be allergic to the world.
This pillow allows me to do that and stay cool, especially while sleeping next to a living furnace. It is comfortable and I find myself waking up with no neck pains, thus less cranky. As for the human furnace? He does not soak his pillows anymore and he gets immense relief from being able to sleep on his left and not feel weird about it and not be in pain. Now, can we please talk about pillowcases lol?
