Took one of these as soon as I woke up, within an hour I felt quite a boost of energy!
Ended up cleaning the house, washed the dishes, even worked on a project that has been neglected for a few months!
I took another around noon, felt great for the rest of the day, that is until bed time, I felt wide awake.
I ended up praying about it that I would be able to sleep and I actually did fairly quickly, I woke up today and still had energy!
Great product, maybe just don’t take it too late in the day!

I’m not sure about the effectiveness, but the smell is so bad and the taste is even worse. These are not pleasant to take especially 3 of them per dose.

So much for a health product. Great idea on the blend of vitamins. Too bad the form of B12 metabolizes into Cyanide in the liver. Hard no just for that. Couldn’t even return it. Check the return policy. No returns at the time of my purchase. This is a hard dont buy!
Update: seller reached out and offered a refund. I accepted. In any case i hope the seller modidifies the B12 source on future lots manufactured.

I have used various products and was excited to try this because of the various supplements it has in it. It actually has been the least effective supplement when compared to some others I took. Reviewing the ingredients I discovered the b12 isn’t methyl, and the source of some of its ingredients aren’t favorable.

Makuna is incredible for helping mood and is well supported by the ashwagandha in this supplement. I have been taking this daily for a couple of weeks and it has really made a difference in the quality of my day-to-day life. I highly recommend it! I am up and accomplishing things but I was not able to accomplish before. Really good for pulling you out of a slump
