Works well, taking half a tablet, as used to only about 6mg. Took a full one once and felt VERY tired and groggy in the morning. So will stick to half when needed. Definitely helps you fall asleep within the 30 minute window it states. Great for someone like myself that does graveyard shifts, from time to time and struggles to sleep during the day. Would buy again and recommend to others.

This product is only 12 mg of melatonin combined with other crap to make a total combined 40 mg. If you need extra strength melatonin this is NOT for you!!!! Also this item is not returnable so I am stuck with 2 bottles of this. My options are to eat the cost and throw it away or take 3 or 4 tablets each night hoping I am not getting too much of the other ingredients. What a scam!

This stuff helps me sleep better and it’s great! Times are hard and cost is high, I haven’t reorder in a while cause of the cost. But not having it for months makes a difference, I will have to order some more.

Definitely recommend these if u need a higher dose to sleep like I do. I love how easy & fast these dissolve. They start working really quick and taste great as well. I like how I easily part them in 1/2 or 1/4 if I feel I don’t need them @ full strength dose. I haven’t noticed any side effects and feel well rested after sleeping. I love that they r 40mg and I don’t have to take a bunch of smaller doses if I need a higher strength. Which is a no brainer when it comes to the value for the money. The top is easy super way open as well.

Get some sleep!! Just a quick backstory–I recently moved to south Florida and something grows between August and November that really upends my nights. I have struggled with sleeping in these months and decided to give Carlyle Melatonin a try. I have tried different brands but these babies work. And they are strawberry which means they melt in your mouth. That signals to your brain it is time to sleep, unlike popping capsules. Turn off the computer and put on Schubert and let this stuff to its thing. I have had weeks now of sleep–and you don’t feel like someone hit you with a sledgehammer in the morning. And I know this has may have nothing to do with this product, but BOY have I had great dreams.

i found this brand and it worked on the first try. they are a berry flavor and the size of an eraser. They slowly desolve on your tongue and 30 minutes later you are dozing off. After trying several brands i am very glad i found this one.

I have always had a hard time falling asleep and, even more so, staying asleep. I don’t like the idea of taking prescription pills, I like the more natural methods. These actually work for me most nights. They taste like grape candies and dissolve quickly. They do make me feel a bit groggy when first waking up in the morning.
