Headline says it all. These are easy to use and palatable flavor but the effect seems mixed (maybe it’s me). One doesn’t do much, two was a little better but still didn’t knock me out. Three worked well but left me groggy in the morning after 8 hours.

Not only made me sleep better during the night, makes me able to go back to sleep in early morning if I want to. Since the conditions gets better, I am now taking half per night instead of the full pill.

It helps me stay asleep/ but I just realized by taking these I’ve had nightmares practically every night and I’ve been waking up feeling SO TIRED and SORE! Everyday I’ve complained to my bf about being sore, tired and having bad dreams. (I didn’t connect the dots yet)
I realized it was the melatonin when I slept at a hotel and forgot to take the melatonin and I woke up feeling so refreshed, no dreams, and ready to take on the day! – that was after going to bed at 10PM and 2 glasses of wine.
After feeling refreshed all day, go back home and take the melatonin before bed – I have another scary dream, and feel like I woke up with a hangover (didn’t drink the night before though and went to bed at 10PM) these are just not a good fit for me. 12MG is probably too much OMI!

It puts me down rather quickly, but only have one complaint. Every time I take it, I end up having these rather unpleasant and wicked dreams. I’ve been awakened by the these dreams on multiple occasions and they are very vivid so I remember everything. Other than that, they are great!

I Love these!!! They work great for me. They are a mild fruit flavor (not overbearing at all) I love that they are chewable. They are very small so I really like them. There are no side effects or weird dreams with these like some are for me. I get them on the amazon prescription thing. It gives me a percentage off so the price is good. As you probably already know. I highly recommend them. Don’t think you will be disappointed.

I held off on reviewing until I had finished three bottles of this supplement. so here is my 180 plus days review: I have tried several other products with lower strength with mix results…of all the other supplements though, this one is the best. It contains 12mg melatonin. Taste is great and dissolves fast. I have just received the 4th bottle

I got this product due to my mind racing at night and not being able to fall asleep and stay asleep. This works very good for me, witching 30-45min I am drowsy and can fall right to sleep. I tend to get a solid 7-8 hours. Taste is good and dissolves instantly. Only negative I would say is I have very vivid and sometimes weird dreams, not nightmares per se, just weird dreams. But hey, I sleep! So it’s worth the wonky dreams to me!
