I love pandas so much. When I saw this, I knew I had to have it. I honestly mostly just wanted it to sit on my nightstand and look like a panda, which it does quite successfully. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep because my brain never shuts up, so I decided to try the “meditation breathing” feature before I go to bed. It does seem to help me fall asleep quicker as I don’t notice myself lying there for an hour contemplating the meaning of existence. It comes with a USB charging cord but not the wall adaptor. Not an issue for me since I have like 50 lying around but be aware of this if you don’t have extras. Overall, it’s a panda and I love it!

I have occasional anxiety and was curious to try this product for breathing exercises. I also love night lights and since this one can be used as a night light, I wanted to see how it works.
The bear itself is just under 6 inches long. It is made from a soft rubber-like material and sits on top of an internal LED base/control. It charges easily with a USB charger. The light at the base turns green when it is fully charged and remains red as it is charging.
The colors reflect breathing instructions: Green for inhale, Purple for hold breath, Blue for exhale. There is also a night light (yellow) option which has 2 settings – bright or dim. The bear turns off automatically after 3 hours.
There are 2 modes for breathing exercises as specified on the insert. Mode 2 holds each color for 4 seconds. Mode 1 inhales for 4 seconds, holds breath for 6 seconds and exhales for 8 seconds.
Since I am not a child, I was wondering how the process and the colors would work for me – but it is very effective and relaxing. When the bear changes color to lead the breathing exercises, it almost feels like it is doing them with you. It feels like doing them with a partner, which is both cute and effective.
I also really like the night light option. I wish it didn’t turn off on its own – but since it only charges off of USB and doesn’t have a battery, it makes sense.
The instructions indicate that in order to switch modes, the bear needs to be tapped on the head. I found that this is not very effective and doesn’t always work – it is much more effective to pick the bear up and tap the base of the bear on the table (or floor etc). The control module is at the base, not on the top (which is all rubber) so this makes more sense.
Overall, a super cute and effective little relaxation tool. I like having it on my computer desk for convenient breathing meditation. Definitely recommended!

I was given this as a gift and absolutely love it! We have been using it as a family to help with mindfulness and winding down at night, and it is now part of our bedtime routine. My kids think the Panda is cute and it has proven to be durable when getting smashed to change modes. It is a useful tool for getting the kids to focus and settle down before bedtime with breathing patterns and playful lighting. I especially like the 6 second hold, since 7 seconds is a little too long. The Panda is now the kids favorite night light.

I bought this as a gift for a friend. She likes pandas, and she was super happy when she opened it up and saw it.

I bought this for my son who has a little anxiety and trouble sleeping and decided that this might be something useful for him to help relax him and help him sleep, but this is very very cheaply made. It’s extremely light and weight and the plastic piece that you insert into the bear that lights it up is very cheap and keeps falling out. I would have given it more stars if it was a little cheaper, but definitely not worth what I paid for. This is something I wouldn’t pay no more than eight dollars for

It’s cute, good quality but I’m not sure exactly how it helps with breathing, directions are unclear so we use it as a nightlight
