I’ve been having a hard time sleeping lately and I need my sleep. I saw this and was skeptical but wanted to try it since I was looking for a drug free solution. When I received the package I opened it and charged it up and started playing with it while working, wow it really does calm you and I felt really relaxed. I could not wait to go to bed because the night before I had tossed and turned most of the night. I started using it while winding down watching tv and continued when I got into bed. I went to sleep quickly and actually slept through the night. I don’t understand the technology but it really works!
