This little buddy is a great addition to a routine. The changing colors times the breathing pace so you don’t have to keep track. Something that is a big help to me as it makes it easier to calm down and focus on consistent breathing. The lights are soothing, with green purple and blue lights. The dragon itself is a soft malleable silicone like material. It stands up solidly and has a good weight to it where it won’t fall over if disturbed or on a surface with other similar items. It also works just as a nightlight if the breathing feature is not of use to you. It is battery powered so it lasts a while is portable. The only thing that would make it a five star is if the transitions of the lights were softer. It isn’t bad but it does just switch from color to the next instead of fading.

It helps me to pause and focus on mindful breathing during your busy day. A great way to learn how to breathe correct. I struggle to focus while meditating. I struggle to focus while meditating, so I prefer open eyed meditation.

I had to throw my previous guided breathing buddy away and thought this dragon was really cute so took a chance!! The purple light is broken, which kind of defeats the purpose of this? I’ve also already tossed the packaging so I can’t return it. Super disappointing.

The concept of what this does is an amazing idea to encourage kids to find positive ways to manage their emotions.
I used it to teach my 4 and 6 year old to practice mindful breathing when they are upset.
One of the two I bought came broken. I was able to easily process a return and get a new one, but the inconvenience of having to go to the store etc was a bit of a pain.
In my opinion, the price is a bit high for what it is, however, it is ultimately comparable to similar products in the market, so I am going with it.
Please note that some of the timers on the breathing modes are a bit challenging for kids to keep up with. I practiced the breathing with my kids, and the hold version of the breathing routine felt great for me as an adult, but ir was a bit too long for my little ones.

It has a squishy toy-like feel of high quality, my 6-year-olds play with it as a toy and have no fear of it being damaged. I rather enjoy that they see it as a toy and then I introduce them to breathe with the dragon as it changes settings.
It is a multi-use gift whether used as a toy, meditation breath work guide, or a night light by the bedside you can’t go wrong with the value of this purchase, highly recommend it.

Really cute! Works great and has 3 breathing patterns or can be used as a night light. You just tap on the bottom for dimmer or brighter. Only one button so you have to cycle through but that makes it easy.
It takes 3 AAA batteries which were supposed to be included. I think they were because the outer and inner package looked like they had been broken into. So not the company’s fault. Batteries are lasting a long time.
The little face on this guy is so serene and sweet and comforting. That alone is calming. I think children would love it. Definitely glad I purchased.
