This is great for sleep. I doesn’t seem to have the same prickling as other magnesium oils I have used before which is good but I do question the dilution

I had to repurchase it, it’s that good. Helps me achieve a fantastic sleep. I like to spray it in my legs and arms, does sting, but that just means it’s working. The more you use it the less it stings with time. Just don’t spray it on cuts and scratches, found that out the hard way. Definitely do recommend. Buy it, buy it, buy it. Its part of my night time ritual.

What can I say, this stuff is absolutely incredible. I’ve always struggled with not falling asleep or waking up through the night. My mum let me try some of this spray when I stayed at hers and I was knocked out. It truly works. I spray 2 sprays on the top of each foot and that’s enough to let me have such a deep sleep. I used to have to get up to pee but that doesn’t happen anymore either. I cannot recommend this enough. I’m actually excited for bedtime now because I know that I’ll get a good sleep, instead of dreading lying there awake

I have had 4 great nights of sleep since I got my spray. I usually wake up alot and also lay awake due to menopause/anxiety. Since using the spray I have slept through the night and fall asleep fast!! Love it!!!
