I have had a 10″ Bedstory Queen mattress for six years. It is like new but I am 82 years old and did not want to wait until it started to show signs of wear. I am currently 220 pounds. There are no negatives. I can sit on the edge today and it does not sag. A mattress costing more than ten times as much does sag. I can’t yet test for edge sag until the 14″ has had, 48 – 72 hours, to expand. Today I received the 14″ and had no problems with unpacking, unrolling or positioning the 14″ on the queen frame. Exactly correct on four sides. I worked alone with no problems. After removing from the brutalized carton. (Carefully slit carton at one corner to leave the rolled up mattress standing.) I unrolled the outer protective plastic wrapping. I suggest it is easier and neater than cutting through a number of layers. Then I tipped the rolled up mattress still in the last layer of wrapping. Do not cut the inner plastic layer. You will see it is similar to a roll of toilet paper. The mattress begins to expand. After lieing flat I bunched one side of the inner plastic wrapping and the pulled it out from under the mattress. The stitching is near perfect and one merely cuts the few loose threads. There is no odor. The 10 inch never got beyond 9.5 and 9.75 inches which for this person meant nothing. The 14″ is at 12″ after three hours and if it achieves 13″ it will suffice for me. This is a superb mattress at a tiny fraction of mattress/box spring combinations with nothing lost.
The one piece mattress/boxspring, is a huge plus because, I also Amazon, purchased, with the 10″ Queen, a high bedframe. This allows for a lot of storage space, 13.5 inch height below frame.

Hardest part of set up was carrying it by myself. Once i pierced into the bag it instantly started expanding. I set it in place and took bags off and within an hour it expanded all the way out. I know it completely sets up in a few days but slept well on it the same night. Very impressive so far. Good product for the price

Came in super fast! It instantly starts rising as so as a tiny bit of air gets in. It’s very comfy, I’ve only had the mattress about 2 weeks.
Description of the mattress; the springs take up more the majority of the mattress, the springs part of the mattress is probably the ten inches and the 4 inches it where the comfort of the mattress is.

The mattress arrived in a vacuum sealed box. The King size mattress expanded easily and is very thick and heavy. It is comfortable and for the value of the money it is super affordable. The quality is great and no squeaking and it for the bed frame perfectly.
