Super awesome pillow! I love a firm pillow and this delivered way above my expectations. Very comfortable, nice and thick without being stiff, and holds shape wonderfully. Great support both for sleeping and for my back when I’m sitting for long periods of time and want some extra cushion. Great purchase and I plan to definitely buy more.

Very fluffy and soft, and it doesn’t stay flat after use, it grows back to it’s size.
Much better than memory foam pillows.

Truth be told this is a very well made pillow and for anybody who wants firm or very firm it’s going to be perfect.
That’s not my case, though. True, it’s theoretically adjustable. One can open it up and remove some of the foam. {Or, alternatively, add more from the extra provided.)
But I was wary about trying to do this as the phone itself seems to be on the firm side. So it looked like if I did remove foam, the pillow would be a little thinner but not necessarily softer.
You should also be aware that the size is somewhat larger than a regular queen size pillow. It does fit into my queen size pillowcase though, so this might be a quality rather than a defect for most people.
I noticed no smell.
It’s actually very good value for money, if you need a firmish or very firm pillow.
It most certainly is not flat.

There are so many awesome things about this pillow. First of all, it’s incredibly comfortable.. I bought one for my husband, and after one night, his neck pain is gone! I will be ordering a second one for me.
Features I LOVE:
1.It comes with an extra bag of stuffing.. in case it’s not fluffy enough (ours was, so it’s just extra.. after we buy the second one, the extra might even be enough for another pillow!)
2. It has a zippered pillow case on it. Who doesn’t live a pillow that comes with a pillow case on it?!
3. The pillow itself has a zipper, so you can add or take out stuffing
4. The cooling side, really does stay cool.. all night long 😍
The only down side is that if you were to put another pillow case on it, the cooling effect would be greatly diminished… But that goes for any cooling pillow.

A decent pillow, fairly comfortable and supportive, and the adjustable fill feature is good. However, I’m not 100% convinced this is memory foam — strikes me as plain old shredded latex foam. Let me know if I’m wrong. I can handle it.

I have to use certain pillows because of a neck problem and can never find one. Decided to try this when I saw it on sale. It’s so nice. I added extra foam to it and it’s now the best pillow I’ve had.

Finally it happened, I found the perfect pillow, nice size, good material, and best of it, you can adjust the firmness to your liking, it brings an extra filling material and you add or subtract said material to the perfect support of your preference. 100% satisfied

In a week’s time they kept expanding. And expanding. Took out half the stuffing. Next day — same size again!? I’m pretty sure if the fluff isn’t contained it will expand to the size of the room it’s in! They hurt our necks so badly we ended up at acupuncture and a massage to try to help.
