I’ve tried the calm and the sleep so far. I toss and turn at least 7 times a night easily. I rubbed the sleep into my palms and inhaled deeply . I love the smell I kept inhaling it over and over. I slept so deeply I don’t remember tossing or turning. I usually sleep 8 hours and I slept 10. So to make sure I did this routine 3 nights in a row and slept 10 hours . I’m retired so I don’t mind but I don’t like sleeping that long every night . So I’d say it’s a YES .

As you can see it was leaking in the package. After taking the roll on out, the bottom piece fell off and all of it fell on the floor! Super disappointing. The glass does not feel sturdy so be cautious.
