    If you have problems sleeping…GET THIS BOOK and read the parts that apply to you. A relatable voice of experience that sorts and distills tons of research.

    This book is an amusing and easy-to-read survey of many sleep problems and suggestions on how to mitigate or even completely solve them. Unfortunately, I failed to find a solution to the problem I have – no trouble falling to sleep but then waking up several times in the night, probably due to old age.

    Science not always right and a bit too much personal speculation to my liking. Many useful recommendations though for those whose sleep-related issues are covered in the book.

    As someone who has had a fair share of sleep issues, I found this book incredibly helpful. Macedo’s use of real life examples, it made me feel like I wasn’t alone. The book is definitely not only made for insomniacs.
    There are easily applicable ways to improve sleep, including a worksheet to complete before bed that helps tremendously. Highly recommend!!

    Very easy to read. Good and appropriate suggestions for better sleep. For example: started keeping a sleep log which helped me out personally. Lots of good references. Good value for the price which was a one day deal. If you seriously need to over things multiple times, you might want to consider a hard copy. Thanks to the author for the work she put into this book.

    I got this as I don’t sleep well. Within the first chapter I found useful information and apps to help me sleep. It is written so it is easy to understand, not all technical! I think it is going to be very useful in my journey to achieve better sleep.
