I was a little skeptical about this product being able to aid in sleeping; however, after taking this product for more than a week, I can definitely say that this product does work! It doesn’t seem to induce any drowsiness, but the combination of various herbal blends seems to promote a calming and anxiety reducing effect which then helps me to fall asleep quicker. Prior to taking this product, it used to take me at least 30 mins or more to fall asleep. Taken about an hour prior to going to bed, this helped me to reduce that time to less than 10 mins. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to those that has trouble falling asleep.
