bought barely six months ago, just turned on a couple seconds ago and then wouldn’t the second time i tried. customer support is non-existent. cute and nice when it actually works, but just an expensive piece of decor when it doesn’t

Only thing is I wish it wasn’t so stiff to put the ceramic top on and off of the machine. I also wish the color changing light was brighter. It’s really pretty though!

Bought this Sept. 21 and worked great for the first week, then became hard to turn on. The lights work but the diffuser part rarely works and when you do manage to turn it on, it doesn’t last more than a few minutes. Don’t waste your money.

I use this diffuser in a small den that also serves as my meditation and yoga practice space. It is just the right size for the room and its decor. As well, the diffuser works perfectly in the several weeks I have had it (I use it daily). The scent from essential oil and steam fill the air immediately when the “on” button is pushed. It shuts off automatically as described. I enjoy the subtle “light show” from the colors. It’s easy to clean/maintain. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy it again. In fact, it would be a nice gift item for others.

I’ve gone through lots of diffusers over the years and really like this for the modern look and option of 1,3,6hours or run till it’s empty. It’s also nice because the light with the ceramic; it’s very calming and not too bright.

Although I didn’t pay attention to the size of it before buying I am so far not having any issues with quality. Works for a small apartment. You might need a second one if you have a house you are trying to fill.

I’m so sad! I love the design and everything about it but it won’t work anymore! The light works but the little motor must’ve gave out as it won’t do anything when I press the button.
