This ring was a disappointment from the start because it does NOT track blood pressure which I needed. The size is off, I lost one and the other slips off a lot. Due to numerous issues with the order I ended up with a free one, but those issues were Amazon. That being said, it is comfortable to wear. The measurements seem to be relatively accurate. It’s a good tool for tracking your health/activity. The battery life is great, but you’ll want to remind yourself to charge it.

Initially, I was skeptical about its accuracy, but after wearing it for a few days, I found it to be almost identical to my Apple Watch in terms of tracking. Intrigued, I delved into research and spoke with the seller. Both sources confirmed that the rich capillary network on the inner side of the finger allows for more accurate data collection compared to the back of the hand.
Sleeping with the ring is utterly seamless and much more comfortable than a watch. I never feel the need to take it off, unlike my watch, which I often do. I absolutely love its sleep analysis feature, which meticulously tracks my deep sleep, light sleep, and REM sleep cycles, granting me unprecedented insight into my slumber patterns. It’s crucial to wear it for at least a day to accumulate meaningful data; fresh out of the box, it might seem bare, but once you’ve worn it for a while, the insights are rich and insightful.
Remarkably, with 24/7 wear, its battery life stretches beyond 7 days. I speak from personal experience, as I’ve worn it non-stop, even in the shower and during sleep, without a hitch. Which wearable device can boast such effortless integration into daily life? It’s not that I consciously choose not to remove it; rather, I often forget it’s even there.
The seller’s recommendation to wear it on the index finger proved spot-on for optimal comfort and minimal disruption. As for data accuracy across different fingers, I conducted real-time comparisons with my Apple Watch, and the results were consistent regardless of finger placement, with only variations in comfort levels. However, I do advise measuring your finger size and deciding on the finger beforehand if you’re unsure, as the finger measurement kit comes in handy.
What’s even more exciting is the prospect of future versions incorporating over 20 sport modes, as shared by the seller. This expansion of functionality promises to push the boundaries of this innovative smart ring, and I am eagerly anticipating its evolution.
Despite its novel form factor, the smart ring is already highly refined. I’ll keep a close eye on DIIKEN’s upcoming products, eagerly anticipating new features and colors that will undoubtedly enhance this already impressive device.

My first disappointment was that the ring shipped was the 2301A model. On the direct JCRING website, they list the 2301B model, which includes the blood glucose monitoring feature. This was not a big deal since I’m not diabetic, but it is also 60 dollars cheaper directly from their website. I went with Amazon still because of customer support, and it was also on sale, bringing the price down from normal.
Once I got it out of the box and the app downloaded, I went through the initial setup and had some trouble connecting. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, location, and permissions were all set up with whatever it wanted. The app still had to search several times before finally locating the ring to add. Once added, I set up the basic personal settings and just wore the ring for a while.
I opened the app a few times to check in on how monitoring was going and every time you open the app, it needs to reconnect. This is incredibly hit or miss, leaning heavily toward the miss side. If the ring doesn’t connect, it doesn’t sync the data and is basically useless. This morning, it connected once, synced sleep data, and then never again despite having tried many times. I even unpaired and tried to pair it again.
I submitted a support ticket and will update if anything new happens.
I can’t comment on the tracking features because I’ve spent more time fighting to get it to connect than have seen any actual data coming from it.

The ring does a great job tracking my steps, heartbeat, oxygen saturation etc throughout the day, and provides an analysis of the quality of life based on multiple factors. It is very easy to use, light and comfortable, and looks sleek! I also love the family feature in the app, so my partner and I can track each other’s health and progress. Great product!
