Was iffy about getting this watch. There’s so many to choose from. In so many cheapy watches out there. And we didn’t have much money to spend this time around. But, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased. Does what I needed to do. Except maybe an ECG. The app that comes with it is very easy to use and to read. Not complicated at all. I have checked the blood pressure against my machines and it’s on the money. The sleep monitoring is interesting and much more detailed than I’m used to. Not sure what to do about that, I think I might have apnea or at least you have another sleep study done. Comes with multiple faces. Nice ones too. Tracks all the fitness stuff. It doesn’t rip me off my steps like my phone does. Is not too harsh on the battery usage of my phone. Even when I keep the heart rate readings continuous and I like that you can choose how often. Different scheduling during the day and night would be neat. But this will do. Everything is crystal clear and easily read. The rubber band is very comfortable. I have a trouble with bands but I’ve even been able to sleep with this one on. Don’t even notice it’s there as it should be. I’ve had other watches that were either cumbersome or just plain uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep with them and I couldn’t keep them on for very long. This one is 10 times better. Be sure to reach it read everything in the package it comes in. I have a lifetime exchange at no charge for cost and I don’t have to send it back to them. They will also send you two free bands metal leather or rubber and colors of your choice. I don’t know how long this will run but it is right now 2024. They will also send an extra charging cable. All of this unknown when I purchased it but a nice surprise. So I ordered a second watch for my wife. She has been wearing the same one for a few years but this one is so much better. Arrived next day. So easy to set up.

This smartwatch was purchased as a replacement for another that provided me withfeed back that allowed me to monitor my blood pressure and other health data. It charged quickly, was easy to set up, and provides a accurate updates while requiring very lttle power. The battery seems to last a very long time.
The silicone band that came with this watch looks good and is not sticky like so many I’ve seen on other brands. It’s coated with a non-stick material that allows me to easily and quickly attach and position in a comfortable way. It is very attractive and has several different deals to choose from. Overall, this is much better finish and quality than I expected.

A lot of quality for a very affordable price. Very easy to use fitness watch. A bright interface
with a lot of options. You can change the look of the Home Screen by using the dial. At a glance,
I can see where I’m at for my daily steps.
Then, swiping up I can utilize the other functions. Steps, blood pressure, heart rate, exercise (capable
of tracking 100’s of exercises). sleep monitor. I haven’t used the sleep monitor or the camera function as of yet. This Smartwatch is excellent, designed to support active lifestyles. The sleek design and build make it easy to wear all day.

I wanted an affordable, easy to use fitness watch. This fills the bill. First of all, it just seems to be a lot of quality for a very affordable price.
The watch case/face seems durable. The edges are nicely rounded, adding to the luxury feel.
I did struggle just a bit with putting the straps on. Then, I remembered I had a tool for that. No problem!
The interface is bright and easy to read. The Home screen looks vaguely automotive, or like the controls in a cockpit. Cool! But you can also change the look of the Home Screen by using the app.
It charged up fully within a couple of hours. That’s when I could start to really check it out.
Everything I need is right there, thanks to the DaFit app that pairs with it. It immediately loaded the correct time, date and local temp.
At a glance, I can see where I’m at for my daily steps. I try to get 10,000 in. But don’t always make it.
Then, swiping to the right I can utilize the other functions. Steps, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep monitor. The sleep monitor is great if you have sleep apnea, fyi. There’s a camera function as well that I haven’t quite figured out yet. And best of all, I can get messages right on my watch.
Also, I think the alarm feature is great! I had an app on my phone that was kind of pricey. This is built right in, so if I have an early flight I don’t have to worry about oversleeping.
There’s also a “find” function. While I usually keep the watch on my wrist, it’s also good to know that if I take it off and leave it somewhere I can activate a sound to play via the DaFit app.
If I can find my phone, that is!
I also just noticed in the instructions that the watch is waterproof! So, if I’m at the pool or even in the shower, no worries!
All in all, I’m blown away by this watch. So many features and functions for so little money. While it might not have the cachet of an Apple Watch, I don’t need to prove anything to the world. My affordable MindRose watch keeps me on track toward my fitness goals.
I can’t be any happier with my purchase! Get one, you won’t be disappointed.

I love how accurate this watch is with my steps. It reminds me to get up and move. I can track my water consumption. I’m fascinated with my sleep ratio and quality score. I haven’ t had to charge it since I received it on October 5. The battery is still over half. It fits comfortably. The app is easy to use. I’ve entertained my self for a good period of time finding the perfect watch faces. I would absolutely recommend this watch to anyone.
