Pulled something in my back and I use this drapped over my shoulder and it helped a lot. It’s soft enough to sleep with. Washes well and keeps its heat well.

The heated neck warmer is ok. It doesn’t retain heat that long (15-20 minutes). After consistent use for a few weeks, it gives off a burnt smell.

I got this for my occipital migraines in the back of my head. Heats up nicely in the microwave. I put it in for 1 minute 40 seconds and then fold it in half and place it right between the back of the head and neck area laying down. It holds the heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Really helps.

I’m seriously wondering about anything to do with Amazon now that I have discovered how many third-party vendors they use! Be curious to see if they even print this. Somebody must’ve paid them to call this their choice, it’s not even full! It’s a cheap product, I’m sending it back!

I do like this neck wrap, and it stays warm for quite some time. You have to put water in the microwave in a bowl so that you don’t burn up the feeling I guess. It retains its lavender scent pretty nicely. I took off one star because the filling is hard to get evenly around your neck. There’s nothing to prevent it from going from one end to the other. How that is somewhat beneficial so you could mold it to fit your neck problem, but it does make it hard to heat up evenly and stay on your neck or you want it to. Overall I’m satisfied but it’s not perfect
