Después de dos meses de uso puedo decirles que son buenas, el olor es muy bueno pues te da sensación de gomitas normales, el sabor es a una gomita, sirven demasiado pero debes de poner de tu parte para que el efecto se haga con esto me refiero a tener tu cuarto con la luz apagada y dejar el celular ya que solo ayuda a dormir pronto, no hace milagros. El efecto por primera vez se siente como si estuvieras un poco tomado, duermes y descansas mejor, solo es tomar 2 por noche y no se recomienda para diario solo para ciertas ocasiones cuando desees dormir mejor. La textura es un poco dura y en relación a tamaño son grandes del tamaño de una yema del dedo anular. Las recomiendo demasiado y sin duda volveré a comprarlas

I recently had problems staying asleep so I tried this melatonin gummies. First of all they taste great! They definitely help me fall asleep quicker but I was still waking up at night, just gradually later and later (which is good I guess).

10/10 sin duda es uno de los relajantes que me a ayudado demasiado a conciliar el sueño, me como solo 1 y con eso tengo , en las recomendaciones dice 2 por adulto , pero solo me como 1 y con eso me ayuda , después de comerla en 5 o 10 min ya estoy durmiendo y duermo profundo , al dÃa siguiente me levanto y de verdad me siento tan descansada , antes de ello me dormÃa y amanecÃa con mucho sueño , dormÃa pero no descansaba , pero con estás gomitas párate de ricas muy buena , sin duda lo volverÃa a comprar .

They work very well and they’re delicious too! So tasty in fact that I’d like to snack on them all day. That could be an issue. Also eating a sweet treat right before bed is a problem for me. They leave an after taste that’s still there in the morning. Next time I think I’ll just get the pill form.
