They hold their shape well, but they are very firm. If you’re a side sleeper, you probably won’t like them.

I Love that I can easily adjust the comfort level, the foam bits are in a zippered cover if you want less density.
As was mentioned in other posts there is a smell of the foam, just take it out of the cover and let it air out for a few days.

These pillows are absolutely a must have. I have been looking for a while for pillows and waste so much money. The quality is great. They are the comfortable pillows I’ve ever had. They are cool, the fluff inside is removable, they had a slight smell when I opened the bag they came in but that is expected as they have foam inside. The smell went away as quick as they were opened.

These pillows are actually quite amazing. They’re customizable, comfortable, and of great quality.
They arrive vacuum-sealed and in a small white fabric tube but once removed from the packaging, they puff right up! Initially, they’re quite dense and are a much firmer pillow but if this isn’t your preferred type of pillow you can remove handfuls of the memory foam shreds and adjust it to you! I found that the tube the pillows arrive in makes a great storage vessel for the foam. It keeps it contained, and clean and stores it for later usage. The pillows also have two separate covers, one inner layer for holding the memory foam chunks and another outer protective layer. I will say I haven’t noticed much of a cooling effect, but that was never the selling point for me anyway.
I saw quite a few reviews stating that these pillows had a particularly bad smell to them but that wasn’t the case with our pillows.
These pillows have truly been the best pillow purchase I’ve made online! My husband and I love them and we’ve been disappointed by many a pillow in the past. I would highly recommend these!

These pillows are great. The shredded foam inside is so soft. You really sink into them. They come very full so you can customize them for everyone’s needs. My husband left his all the way full and I took some stuffing out. Super comfortable. The smell does not bother me even though I could smell the foam when I first opened them from the package. Overall a great purchase.

I grabbed the two pack of these pillows. They were comfortable, but I found they were a little overstuffed and caused my neck to crank upwards at night. I took about a third out of each one, grabbed an extra zipper case, and made myself a third pillow out of it. Now I Have two pillows that work fantastic for when I’m lying on my back, and one that’s really good as a stomach sleeper. 10 out of 10.

I love this pillow, it does have a weird smell, like sesame oil but the smell goes away after a while, I’ll try to wash the case to see if that helps. The firmness is perfect, almost a bit too much, it was very supportive but it did hurt my neck because of how thick/tall it was. But I can just remove the stuffing. It is great quality for the price, it keeps you nice and cool in the summer, they are a bit bigger than I expected but I’m sure removing some filling will help

I just needed some extra pillows for my guest room. Didn’t want to spend too much, but also didn’t want something that was too cheap (in terms of feel and looks). These fit the bill. They’re reasonably comfortable; they don’t get too hot; and they look decent. For the price, they’re a very good buy. In fact, they seem more expensive than they actually are.

Everything is good with this pillow except it has a strong chemical-like scent, causes nose allergy and cough. Feels toxic smell. Has been ventilated for 5 days but smell still here. Have to return this item. May be it was just me?
