Wow! I didn’t really have a lot of hope.. but this mattress is really pretty excellent! It is thick and comfortable.. I didn’t realize how heavy it would be! You should have seen me trying to drag that in the house LOL but it’s set up very easily and was ready to sleep in the same day! Would buy again.

I have been a little skeptical about buying a mattress off of Amazon for obvious reason, I was concerned about the quality of the products offered. My wife and I have been needing a new mattress for quite some time, yet the cost was always a pain point. Little did I know that there were less expensive options available so I decided to try one of them as a Christmas gift to us. I decided to sleep on the mattress for a week or two before I wrote my review to make sure that we were satisfied with it. First let me say that my wife LOVES this mattress and has loved it sine the first night we slept on it! Not only was it nearly fully inflated after only about 8-9 hours, but it continued to fill over the next 24 hours even after used that first night.
Another thing we noticed is that in my research a lot of people complained that other mattresses did not fill on the edges making it unable to be sat on without slipping off. Not with this mattress! Even the corners were filled and firm and we both are able to sit on the edge. We both are 200- 300 pounds respectfully and we have had the best sleep than we have had in years! My wife said after the first night that she slept like a baby and had minimal to no pain in her body, even her knee which she has had surgery on five times was not as painful. I also have not experienced much pain and have minimal difficulty walking after waking up.
After researching at least 10 different mattresses on Amazon, I am so glad that I chose this one, you will NOYT go wrong in getting this one. The price- EXCELLENT, the product- IMPECCABLE, the comfort- UNMATCHED! It has a soft yet firm feel that works and best of all… NO SMELL when it came out of the wrapping which I’d read from others was an issue. I am glad I chose this one, if you are on the fence with it- GET IT! I can’t wait to get another for my guest room, I will be ordering again!

As my title says, I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome and CCI (craniocervical instability) and I CANNOT sleep on a memory foam (IYKYK LOL). It’s very important what kind of bed I get.
So I have bought FIVE box beds both from Amazon and from Walmart and all different brands…I’ve bought:
-skip this part if you don’t care lol-
1 twin (6” spring for my tot omg what was I thinking haha it was my first box bed. Had to buy a 3” memory foam topper for it.)
1 full (hard memory foam for my son.)
1 queen (8”? 10”? spring hybrid-Amazon. Good mattress, should’ve gone with taller)
2 king (first one was Walmart, spring hype is 10”. Good mattress but wore out way too fast. Stick with Amazon. We had a mattress protector fail and my daughter soaked the bed in pee, ruined it. Had to buy a new mattress and honestly? Now I’m not sad this happened bc of the jewel this bed turned out to be!!)

Now this bed is absolutely not going to be for everyone..
PROS
1st thing I noticed was how springy it was!! It’s SO. FREAKING. SOFT too! Like, when I sat on it, I literally said “oh wow”
My entire family loves it. Kids already are obsessed with bouncing on it which trust me… out of all the mattresses my kids have jumped on, this is the one I felt would hold up the best.
SUPPORT: Soft and bouncy but you don’t sink too much. With EDS I cannot sleep on a bed that sinks too much (hence why I can’t sleep on memory foam) but this also isn’t a super hard bed. I’m 5’6” and 189 lbs (overweight bc of my illness and meds. I’m telling you though so you have an idea of the support) 12” was 100% the way to go.
My husband and I thought this was going to possibly create a challenge for intimate moments but it certainly did not 😉
Setup was easy. They give you a cutter which honestly? Be very careful. The tip kept poking through/into the mattress fabric. Go slow.
Weight: I had unknowingly opened it upside down / spring side up so I had to flip it partially expanded. Again, with hEDS that’s hard for me to do but I managed all alone. For a king size bed with springs inside and the support it offers, it was surprisingly not crazy heavy.
I run warm. I sleep with a waterproof mattress protector and blankets and I don’t get hot on this mattress. I got way hotter on the one before it.
CONS
It didn’t fully inflate to 12”. I think I got 11.5” total last I checked but honestly that’s fine by me.
The corners are hilariously weak. Like if you sit on them, it’s like there’s nothing in them. But if you scoot down just a little to the actual edges of the bed, totally different story, full support. It’s silly really. But worth noting I suppose.

I bought this for a spare room, so it’s not my “daily” bed. The mattress arrived in a long box that’s about 60″ long (the width of the mattress) and 12×12 square. it’s not super heavy, but the box shape made it a little hard to handle.
The comfort of this mattress seems good. it does feel like a Medium firmness mattress, so not to hard, not to soft. If you need either of those, this isn’t the mattress you’re looking for. The edges seem to be firm enough. they do sink when sitting on the edge, but don’t “drop you off” the bed. I suppose after time, the edges can break down and become too soft, but I can’t say either way. I don’t notice any chemical smells coming from the mattress, ymmv. The mattress cover is OK. It seems like sturdy material. The top isnn’t plush, I’d say it needs a mattress cover for comfort/skin contact as it does feel a little rough.
Overall, I have no complaints about this mattress, especially at this price point. There are better mattresses available but will cost double or more. I would buy this mattress again, ESSPECIALLY for a spare room or for kids. Oh, yes…..This mattress is 12″ thick.
