It’s good quality and comfortable the only thing is the springs are a bit loud. Other than that it is as thick as it says and fits nicely on our bed frame. It does have a bit of a factory smell so a round fabric refresher is a good idea after it’s all fluffed up. Overall pretty good mattress so my husband and I are happy.

It is a bit firm (my preference), and very comfortable. Feels durable too. It only took about 24 hours to fully expand out of the box.

We love these mattresses. We’ve previously gotten the “Zinus” brand, but had to order a different brand due to no stock available. So far no complaints from guests, though this mattress has only been slept on a couple times. No smell as some have complained about, and is so easy to setup. Just take it out of the box, remove the vacuum sealed bag, and let it do its thing.

There are diverging opinions on the firmness and support or softness of this mattress. I am 175, 5’8 and I find it perfect for my weight. Not too firm, not too soft. Ideal for people 120-190lbs. Lighter weighs may find it firm while heavier than 200 may find it too soft.
It arrived in two days in good condition. Inflated almost instantly. After 24hrs the foam top was fully expanded. I perceived no smell whatsoever. Measured 11.5 -11.75 thickness (ordered 12″). Appearance is good, the stitching is good.

Arrived so quickly & was very easy to unbox and open. It started expanding IMMEDIATELY once the plastic was removed- it also had no smell to it and it seems pretty comfy so far. It had a good amount of softness but still pretty durable/ has a good level of support to it.

I’ve had the mattress up for two weeks and sleep a lot better and I wake up with less back pain. The base of the mattress is firm, but not too hard and the top is so soft that it feels like sleeping on a cloud. It’s easy to open and expand. There is a slight smell when you first open it, but it goes away fairly quickly. So far, it’s holding its shape.

We desperately needed a new mattress but didn’t have alot to spend so we took the risk and got this one. I love it, my husband loves it, the dog loves it, the cats love it. Arrived fairly quickly, inflated fully within 24 hours. It’s firm enough that we feel supported, but the top layer is just soft enough to sink on just a bit. We do not feel the springs at all. The edges sink in a little more if you’re sitting on them but it’s fine for us. I have neck and shoulder issues and my husband has pins in his lower back and we both have less pain than before. If we get a few years out of it it’ll be worth it. We may purchase another one when we have more space to upside. Very pleased.
