This pillow helped me during my frozen shoulder suffering and recovery. The fact that you can adjust the filling to your likeness/needs was a plus on its own, but the design makes it so comfortable to wear at all times.
Great product, period.

I love this pillow, it’s easy to use, comfortable, fluffy, good quality, works amazing at keeping my arm down (I’m a side sleeper) it’s light weight. It’s over all great. And it has a pocket to carry phone

This has been the best pillow during rotator side surgery. It worked great to keep the shoulder in a neutral position and to alleviate the pain while I was waiting on surgery. After surgery , I continued to use when I got tired of wearing my brace. It is very soft, light weight and easy to usewould recommend this to anyone with rotator cuff issues

I really love mine! Had rotator cuff surgery…I did wait until I was out of my stability brace to use. Was finally able to sleep in my bed.
Yes, the shoulder strap was a little long, but that really didn’t bother me. I’m only 5 foot 3 and 125 pounds and I’m sure this factor has something to do the strap

This MOYOAMA rotator cuff pillow seemed like a viable solution to my rotator cuff pain while I await surgery to repair a major tear. However, this pillow was not comfortable for me when I tried using it laying down, when I have the most pain. In addition, the shoulder strap I received had the snaps attached on the wrong side, making it impossible to velcro the strap in place with room for my average sized arm. The long black fuzzy velcro strip should face out during use, but mine faced in, towards my side, making it nearly impossible to close the velcro fastener or use the pillow when sitting up. As a result, I returned this pillow but I still think it could be a help for some depending on their injury and assuming they receive a properly made strap. I appreciated that the seller reached out to me wanting to make things right, but I opted not to reorder this pillow since the shape wasn’t comfortable for me. However, this pillow was very soft and squishy, so might be worth a try if you are suffering from rotator cuff pain. Each injury is different.
Note: I am using a soft body pillow and it has helped reduce my shoulder pain during the night. I am also along using a microwavable “bean bag” to apply heat while I await surgery.

I’m a physical therapist who had surgery to repair a right rotator cuff tear. At postop week 4 when my surgeon told me I no longer had to wear the shoulder immobilizer, I purchased this to support my right arm so I could sleep more comfortably lying on my left side in bed. I purchased this product “new” and it was delivered stuffed into a clear plastic cylinder shaped bag. Although there was a zipper closure at the top of the bag, the cylinder shaped outer packaging wasn’t sealed. In other words, there was no way to tell if this shoulder pillow that was sloppily stuffed in the clear plastic bag was resold to me after someone returned it, and the possibility that it was sent to me after it was used in someone’s bed was alarming. That concern was validated when I took it out of the cylinder and noticed beige colored crumb size “stuff” encrusted onto one area of the pillow. The fact that it was resold to me after someone returned it was evident.
Moreover, this is nothing more than a poorly manufactured rag. The stitching is uneven and the hand loop is hanging on by a couple of threads. The cheap tiny zipper will never last because the teeth on each side are misaligned, and as such the zipper won’t budge unless you pull on it with a lot of force.

Very flimsy. Had to return, especially for the cost.. I needed a much denser option than this. Other than this stitching and material appeared sturdy.
