This hurts my back. The springs are too rough. My partner died recently and I had to through out our bed afterwards and go this but have only slept on it a few times because it hurts too much. So I went to sleep on the floor with our camping foam matress. I can’t deal with this mattress at all.

Comfortable but very disappointed that it never fully went back to size. Ad says it should be 10in but it only went up to 8inches and it’s been a week now.

We got a king size 14” med firm. It is very soft and feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Not very firm though. It was easy to set up but you will need another person with some muscle, it’s very heavy. The quality is pretty good and I was worried since I never ordered a mattress off line. 14” is really big and if I could I would order two inch’s down from 14. It’s sits up pretty high.

I can move around on the mattress and it does stay firm and keeps it shape it was easy to set up I was careful not to cut the matches I just made a slit long ways and careful not to puncture the mattress as I pulled the cardboard away from me I’ll keep them continuous to slice it with the knife take out of the box and unwrap it came with a little safety knife so you wouldn’t puncture or damaged the mattress itself at first the appearance seem very small but the box was pretty heavy but once it went to its full potential with the appearance was normal size queen and I like the color that’s why I chose it overall the colors it goes perfect with my decor and the value for the price
