Suffering from bicep tendonitis for the last 8 weeks due to a work injury and trying everything under the sun from reiki self healing, ice/heat, rolling, massage…and it still not disappearing…I decided it was time to buy a mat. Having used crystals when I do distance healing work and in person I am well aware of their healing powers but then it was a case of finding the best mat, I chose MediCrystal as they offer far more for the buck than other companies do, and they have some amazing reviews, and stick by their guarantees. The mat is extremely well made, I have had it for just a few days, but hopped on it straight away, and it’s made a huge difference in the pain I was dealing with. Working in memory care with multiple residents one on one and doing lots of manual lifting is exhausting by the end of the shift, I now have my little oasis of tranquility I can come home to & lie & relax on. Even my hubby tried it out and was impressed and that’s a biggie for him. As a chronic insomniac I also find it really helpful to lie on, at night…I don’t find it hard to lie on & I use the waterproof cover on it but the mat helps me to relax enough to sleep without extra homeopathic remedies, and my sleep is far deeper than usual…which is a rarity usually for me. I use just heat /photon before I go too bed, and then every other day I use the PEMF function, so I don’t over do things in my arm…and then I ice it down after I get off the mat…. I had been playing around with getting a mat for a while….I just wish I had done it sooner. This mat is totally worth buying…if your sat on the fence about it…jump down & buy it. Customer service are great, can’t fault them in any way.

Update: The company issued new mat and all functions work. They claimed didn’t receive email so blame it on technology…why I prefer customer service via telephone! Glad this is working as it’s very beneficial at the end of a day of massage therapy.
Bought this over a year ago to use in my massage practice. Upon reading the manual, I wasn’t able to use it in my practice because I also do Ashiatsu and this mat cannot be stood upon. It’s too heavy to be moving it on and off the table so it’s been in my closet at home and used only a few times (for heat) when I received massage at home. This Christmas I was home alone with COVID and thought the PEMF function would help with the “stuck” feeling I had in my lungs. Well, IT DOES NOT WORK. I know it did when I first received the mat because I tried it out. I looked in the manual to troubleshoot, and still not working so I emailed customer service. It’s been TWO WEEKS and ZERO response.

Love it but I only received one controller and I reread description to see if I made a mistake but it clearly says there should be two interchangeable ones…please send the one missing. It appears the one I received was L-40PVU
