I have the mini amethyst mat and I love it. I sleep with it on low heat and the PEMF setting for days at a time. It’s subtle but my mood is lifted, less anxiety, body pain diminished. Just a higher sense of well being.

Ive had this pad fir 7 months and it is already broken. Actually, it stopped working a couple months ago but I guess I hoped it was being finicky and decided to try again later. How hard can it be to do good wiring on a heating pad? NOTE: you only have one month to return the garbage product. DON’T WASTE YOUT MONEY.

I use this mat in a variety of ways. I lay it on top of my body when I am on my full size mat to induce sweating. It is also great on it’s own, a nice size for my back or back of legs or belly. It is very flexible and lightweight. I like to use it in combination with my amethyst mats.

I use the mat as a blanket over my knees. It is wonderful! Storage is a little awkward, but the case is nice. I just use so often that I don’t put it back in the case every time. The smaller size mat works for me. It was easy to set up and I watched a YouTube video from Metacrystal & learned a few pointers. This purchase iwas a good investment.

these far infrared mats are wonderful. the heat is subtle, deep, and penetrating. it is more soothing than a bedtime story read by mother teresa. the difference between these mats and a drug store heating pad is night and day. my ninety-three year old mother uses it all day long in the winter. great product, great company and the staff is kind and generous.
