I am in need of a hip replacement. The heat therapy does the trick and it does go way deeper than a normal heating pad. I would buy again

This very comfortable and soothing to use. It is much better than the old heating pads we’ve had over the years. This is quite large but not overbearing. It stays in place better and you can wrap this around your shoulder or arm very nicely. We would buy it again.

Purchased this in June 2024 and if officially stopped working on November 10, 2024. It did work well when it worked. It heated up fast and the heat was consistent. It stopped working without warning. I became aware of an odor like an electrical wires burning and noticed the light was flashing red but when the off button was pushed it continued to flash. I unplugged it for a while, plugged it back in later, it worked for a while and then repeated shutting off. Did this a couple of times and then trashed it. PLUS: I did not feel any advantage of this product over a regular heating pad.

Nope! All I felt was heat.
This last 5 months and I have a heating pad that I have had for 3 years that still works fine. The draw to this product was the Far Infrared feature. My advice if you are thinking about purchasing this-SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I like the feel of the cover on this pad and I also like that it does not just get boiling hot immediately. It will certainly heat up but this does not feel like an ordinary heating pad from the 90s!

This heating pad heats up great in a short amount of time. I haven’t used the High temp setting because the Low and Medium settings are fantastic!

Even on warm it provides the right heat to relax a tense body. The smaller one might be ideal for area use-the one I ordered is pretty big even for an average sized guy.
