Quality mat. Large stones. I noticed before it actually got hot, this is not your average heating pad, I could feel a sensation of better blood circulation or something therapeutic happening deep in my back and legs.. this is so relaxing. The heat /timer pass is easy to use. I would prefer a longer cord. Heats up fast, can adjust to very hot Even with cover pad (included) which is also great quality, slightly padded. Tried with an emergency blanket that was also included for a sauna effect and I definitely have a sauna mat. So far I LOVE This and want everyone I know to try it!… Downside, I was only going to test it out real quick for a few minutes.. an hour ago and I still don’t
want to get up.. maybe after a nap.

Am 74 and so my body is needing more assistance and care in many ways. Since I couldn’t afford a top of the line pad, I went for this one at a great price. I live Hawai’i so was concerned about it being too hot to use except in Winter … but have found if I use it in the morning while it’s still cool, no problem! I am first trying it out on my lanai lounge chair where I like to have my morning coffee and found the heat easily goes thru a couple layers of warm clothing (night gown & robe) just fine. And in looking at all of this company’s products, can see they have some amazing things I also wish to purchase soon! Highly recommended!

Look, this is a magic crystal pad that makes wild promises based on completely anecdotal research without scientific support. I get that. I laughed myself silly spending this amount of money on this kind of product. Having said that, WOW! This product has proven an exciting addition to my fitness and wellbeing routine. I am a tall guy at 6’4″, and this fits me well. The stones are of a medium size, and are woven in with much care and quality. Actually, everything about this is quality. The electric component is hilarious, and looks like something from the 1970s or another planet, but hey, it works. I find that after using it, I do feel better! Not just a little better or like it could just be my imagination, but actual relief from pain in my lower back and shoulders. I don’t really care whether it is the magic of the crystals, the science of kinesiology or a placebo effect. I’m a believer! The heating aspect is very mild, and I have yet to feel nervous about even falling asleep on this. I’ve enjoyed it very much.

Nice and warm and comfortable. But a warning. While the mat itself is low EMF, the plug attached at the head of it read hi EMF on my tri-fold meter. Easy to get your head away from it by just lying down with your head at the other end. I presume feet are less vulnerable to EMF radiation than the head.

I have finally found relief after two years and five months of chronic pain with this mat. A one hour session on a high heat setting, after trying one pain remedy after another, including medication, gave me so much relief, I cried. The instructions were easy to understand, and the speedy response from the manufacturer in response to my question about the mat was surprising.
The only reason I’m not giving it the highest rating is my inability to sleep comfortably throughout the night without the stones digging in to my hips and joints every time I turned over in my sleep, and the remote does not change temperature display setting from F to C. But these are not major issues for me…the heat deeply penetrates my aching muscles, joints and bones which is all that really matters to me. I added a fleece sleeping bag liner in addition to the mat sheet to absorb sweat, and use with the emergency blanket plus a blanket over top for maximum heat entrapment, and I will experiment with more padding for nighttime comfort. In the meantime, I will continue to use it on my floor during the daytime, as it allows me to do physical activities for longer periods without debilitating pain. Three times per week for one hour is enough for me right now. Drinking a lot of water before, during and after each session is super important to preventing me from getting too dehydrated and fatigued. I am very happy with the mat and have zero buyer’s remorse!

I’ve now had this mat 3 years. It has been used almost daily since day one and it has held up well.
Few things to note:
1) due to the high use the control box took a beating and eventually broke. The company sent me a second one with no problem.
2) Also due to the amount of use and constant movement from room to room and even home to home (I loan it out to people who want to try it) anyway, the stones have begun to break free of their individual compartments. I know this is user fault so I am conveying this to help u not make the same mistake. I hope to get guidance from the company on how to fix this~ the mat still works I just have to move the stones back into place.
Now… this is important. I purchased the updated version for my adult daughters Christmas gift 2021. She has had the mat 24 hours and just phoned to tell me that the mat does not heat up and that her mat is not at all like the one I have even though I ordered the same mat.
She will bring it over tomorrow so we can look it over and I’ve contacted the company and am waiting for a response.
This is a bummer and I hope it does not reflect a change in quality on the side of the company.

I just received this mat and rushed home to lay on it to see if it would help me with the high level of body aches I live with. I laid on the mat for an hour and have been up and moving for about 45 minutes…I am experiencing a truly remarkable shift…I am cautious about the placebo effect so I will continue to report my findings as the weeks go on. For this day there is significant relief from just one hour . I was not solicited for this review…that is how fired up I am about it.
Update: I have had this mat less than two weeks and I am happy to report that my review remains at 5 stars. We have had the mat on every day so our adult kids could lay on it after long days of skiing and for my husband and myself to lay on to ease our aches and pains. This means that the mat has been moved from room to room, heated up, cooled down, rolled up and unrolled a half dozen times a day and the mat has soared through the demand.
My adult kids continue to speak high praises as the mat brings quick relief to the entire body.
As for my own relief from the body aches and pains I can not claim that the mat has provided long term relief yet- but I can speak to the immediate relief I experience every time I lay on it and for a few hours after.
5 month update: The mat is still used daily and remain in near perfect condition even with the high number of “beings” using it throughout the day.
The webbing over the rocks still looks new and all electrical elements are holding up as expected:
The rocks can heat up unevenly if the mat has kinks but it really is not a big deal… just a side note.
I lay on this mat for 30-60 minutes every morning to prep my body for the day and I lay on it in the evening to relax my body before bed. I have learned that the cause for all my body aches and pains stems from an autoimmune attack I suffered last summer; thus, this mat has been my saving grace while I am working out my diet and allergens.
If you have made it all the way through this third review perhaps you are doing your due diligence before making the purchase…
If this is the case please feel free to ask me questions as I simply do not go anywhere without this mat as it has made that big of an impact in my overall health.
