At 330mg per dose this is at the higher end of dosing from many mainstream alternatives. This is still a safe dosage to take. Just more impactful. Another strong-strong plus for this is the multiple forms of Magnesium being combined in this easy to take capsule. Before trying these, I was taking powders and pill forms to get just five of the nine. This is much simpler, and the cost is not hard to swallow either :). Overall, I have had no bad effects and will complete the bottle and order another couple. Missed a 5 star for not offering multiple qty/bottle sizes.
