Once, in a blue moon, you will come upon something that really works. These vitamins are superb. Did a little experiment I was on these vitamins for a month I felt good. My nails were growing in well. My skin was better and then I went back to centrum within two weeks, it all fell apart back on these vitamins and I’m back to feeling and looking better. They are awesome. Good luck always feel good.

These are the worst tasking vitamins I have ever tried. I find myself putting off taking my daily vitamin currently. Due to how foul these taste.

My daughter is not great at taking vitamins daily but she loves these! She says she loves the taste and is tempted to eat more that the daily requirement because they are so delicious! She says she feels better when she is taking them!

These are great vitamins, I’ve been using this brand for a few years. The quality is noticeable. I will only buy in the store from now on though, because in this heat, my chews were melted. I’m pretty sure that supplements should never get to a certain high temp because it can alter the contents. Especially probiotics or any type of enzyme.
